• Pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the hotel.
• It is not in a city of any kind.

“Great location if you are looking for a mid-point between Concord/Manchester to Boston. Boston is extremely accessible which makes for a great day trip. The hotel is extremely clean, but not much going on before they completely open for the season. Also not much in the way of entertainment around the hotel. Movie theater close by which was nice. Overall, pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with our stay.”

• The price and convenient location.
• Could be more information on amenities or restaurants.

“It is a clean hotel and the staff was courteous. We might have eaten at the hotel, but there wasn't much information about the restaurants so we weren't sure the times they were open, etc. The workout equipment was a little rough looking, but the pool and Jacuzzi seemed clean enough and well taken care of.”

“This hotel has gone severely downhill since new management has taken over. This hotel is now just a step above a Red Roof Inn, but not by much.”

• Helpful staff and flexibility to allow use of jacuzzi facility after hours since we got in late.
• Pool area could use some update and maintenance work, the steam room was broken. One of the perks of a 4 star hotel.

“Good clean place with friendly and helpful staff. Not quite a romantic get away location which we had hoped for but would recommend for business travel.”

• Having the pool & hot tub in the same location was excellent for families with younger children.
• Rug was dirty. Blankets & bedspread were filthy. Bottom sheets way too small for bed.

“The hotel caters to conferences. When we were there the place was deserted, presumably because it was a holiday weekend and thus no conferences. Staff were few and far between room service trays sat in the hallway for 4+ days, food from a previous conference was left out for 5+ days. The restaurant was closed the entire time, but a free though skimpy continental breakfast was available each day.”

• The location was perfect.
• Dirty blankets, and no sheet on one bed.

“Although the location was great and the price was good, I would not go back for even less money. It was dirty. The blankets were stained, as was the comforter. Also, one of the beds was missing a sheet.”

• Bedding had blood on it.

“Our hotel stay was horrible. Bedding had dried blood on the bedspread, it had not been washed. The desk clerk could not bring us new bedding because there was no other staff on duty. We had to obtain key for another room, strip bed ourselves, bring to our room, and remake our own bed. Not what you want to do at 11pm. Staff was not helpful or apologetic. They did not go out of their way too assist. No further compensation was offered at checkout. Restaurant closes at 9:30 in the morning. No sleeping in if you want to eat at the hotel. Other rooms' dirty dishes left on hallway floors from room service. Staff did not bother to take care of. I would not recommend to anyone.”

• Large room, small balcony, two comfortable chairs.
• No outside exits using room key.

“The general stay was wonderful. However, upon arrival there was a bit of a mix-up on the reservation, as well as the dates, admittedly on their end. The room itself was quite nice and comfortable.”
