• The beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.
• The bathroom floors were a bit sticky.

“The hotel was very nice especially for the price. I will say the location is a bit odd, but it was very close to the comcast center and the outlet mall. I would stay again.”

• Close to location we needed to get to.
• I very long walk from the front desk.

“Desk clerk was very rude when she informed us we only had one bed. There were four of us when I asked for additional blankets so my 15 year old son could sleep in the chair she wasn't sure if she could find someone to bring it to me. Room smelled of smoke. Not happy.”

• Room was large, and hotel seemed clean.
• Room by indoor pool dark, and smelled noisy with children.

“The staff was nice front part of hotel seemed nice, and brighter. Pool rooms were dark, and noisy. We were put clear in the back of hotel with the dogs. Noisy dogs barked for 2 days. When complained in the morning it took about 45 minutes for someone to get the dogs out of the hotel. Walls very thin. Very noisy with a wedding party on our floor with lots of kids. Noisy late into the night.”

• The pool is made to look like it's outside clouds on the ceiling and real flowers all around.
• Not enough wait staff in the restaurant.

“The hotel was very nice. Lobby had beautiful fountains and a feeling that you were actually outside. The ceilings are painted like a blue sky with fluffy clouds. The pool and the jacuzzi were great! Room was nicely appointed with a couch and table and we overlooked the pool area. Although the slider and deck faced the inside of the hotel, they've done a wonderful job of making it look and feel as if you're outside.”

• Convenient to the aqreas we needed to go-family event.
• Rooms facing courtyard are very dark-ask for room with window.

“Nice hotel with spacious rooms, and recently renovated. Our room faced the inner courtyard which made it very dark. If I were to stay there again, I would prefer a room facing outward which has a window. Staff was very friendly, at service desk and in restaurant. Breakfast cost $8.50 for a rather inferior but plentiful breakfast-eggs, sausage, etc. The second day we looked for a local diner for breakfast but couldn't find one. All in all, I would definitely stay here again if we needed this particular location.”

“A terrific staff! Especially a young man! I've stayed at this Holiday Inn a few times before and he's always been very professional, courteous, and helpful! The entire staff is great and they've always gone out of their way to be helpful. I would recommend this hotel above any other in the area!”

• The indoor pool area was very nice.

“We were 2 and had two rooms. I received a room with a chair. My co-traveler received a room with a fireplace, sofa bed, table and 4 chairs. I had coffee, she had coffee and tea. She also received turndown service with a mint on her pillow on Saturday night. I'm not petty and could care less about the room but I don't think there should have been such a great variance.”

• Rooms were very spacious and hotel excellent.
• Ice machine was not completely functioning.

“Excellent hotel. Although it was somewhat under construction in our area it did not pose much of a problem. Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean and helpful in trying to find areas of interest.”

• The food options within the hotel were very good.
• The linens and quality of the mattress could have been nicer.

“The hotel was clean and appeared to be recently updated. The lobby was very nice and the dining options in the hotel were great. The room was spacious although the quality of the linens could have been nicer. Our king size bed also appeared to be sagging in the middle.”

• The pool attendant let my kids swim before it opened.
• The restaurant was under staffed (basketball teams were everywhere).

“this was a very nice hotel. my children (4) really had fun. The staff was very kind and helpful. It was a hidden gem. I would stay there again. two thumbs up!”
