• Great location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Hot shower with good water pressure.
• The TGIF restaurant was closed due to fire, but not hotel's fault.

“The Courtyard Marriott is a great little hotel located across the street from the mall and in the middle of all the local restaurants. I stayed for 1 night for a wedding and needed a place to crash. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and high pressure, and the room was very clean. The room had a small walk out patio good for two people. It was the perfect hotel for what I was using the room for: a crash spot after the wedding.”

• The 42'' flat screen TV in the rooms.

“Over all it's a nice place, 100% smoke? I know they mean well but this will keep the hotel empty during the winter seasons. They won't even allow you to smoke on your outside balcony ridiculous. This will be the hotels down fall to many other hotels in the area that allow smoking. Think what you want we still have millions of travelers who smoke and have a choice.”

• Clean, inexpensive.
• No wake up calls, no shampoo, very small TV.

“This hotel is perfect for someone looking for a bare bones inexpensive place to sleep. They did have a small kitchen area if you're inclined to eat-in. Very small TV, charge extra for internet, charge extra for two double beds.”

• I liked the separate toilet and tub together while the sink and mirror were located outside the bathroom door.
• The breakfast was nothing to brag about.

• Clean, efficient staff, nice rooms and furnishings.
• Room was rather small; no fridge, a little out of the way.

“This was a quite nice hotel, a little out of the way (good thing we had the GPS) it was very clean, the staff was very nice, and it was a very quiet, safe location near restaurants and shopping. We only spent one night. It had a pool and hot tub and exercise room. Everything appeared in good working order and very clean.”

• Staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The pool is right near the front lobby. Too many children and very loud.

“Overall I had a good experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, right near malls & restaurants, etc. The rooms are a little outdated, could use a refresher. The weekend that I stayed there was a hockey tournament and many children stayed at the hotel. It was really noisy with lots of children running the hall ways.”

• It was a little noisy in the halls late at night.

• The pool was nice and warm.
• No towels in the pool area. I had to call for them.

“Very nice hotel. Very clean with friendly, and helpful staff. The mattress was comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was ok. They were nice enough to extend our stay an hour so we could swim longer.”

• The beds were very comfortable.
• The morning breakfast buffet was pricey.

“The Courtyard by Marriot Manchester is located very conveniently near the Buckland Hills Mall and other upscale shopping. Lots of nice restaurants are in the area as well. Easy access to Hartford and the surrounding towns. Well maintained hotel, comfortable”

• Friendly staff, convenient location. Very comfortable beds.
• The room was a little cramped. Hotel with the desk stuck in the corner. The TV couldn't be positioned for viewing in multiple locations.

“Pretty run of the mill. I would stay there again with limited expectations. The rooms and lobby were clean, staff friendly and the location convenient. The room was not special in any way. The desk was small and the TV took up a lot of space but could not be seen from the desk.”

• the last few days, the bathroom smelled like someone was smoking (it was a non-smoking room). Ventilation was not very good.
