• Felt unsafe parking, room was disgusting. Very noisy.

“This hotel far below quality of Hampton Inn and other hotels in the same area. Very limited parking directly in front of hotel. Lower level and side area parking is dark and unsafe. Stayed in room right off lobby. Bathroom tub was cracked and drain was so rusty I did not use shower/tub. Drapes were coming off of rod, unable to open drawers, bed linens on one bed were so wrinkled, it appeared sheets had not been changed from last customer. Constant buzzing noise throughout night, noise from ice machine and voices in hall at 3 & 4 in morning. Heard voices and alarm through walls 4 and 5 am. When mentioned rust and bed linens to front desk staff they replied they would have housekeeping check, nothing was done. Will not request a 2 star hotel at BWI again as I am afraid I will get this hotel. I also stayed here another night 10/14 and room was similar.”

• Dirty.

“Very dirty. Staff was unfriendly and did not speak English. Suite with kitchen has no stove or any utensils/dishes. Free breakfast was good.”

• Clean, comfy bed
  and much more space than we expected.

“We weren't expecting anything spectacular when we booked our room -- merely a place to stay for the night with free parking as we drove from Boston to catch the Sox/Orioles game. The room was obviously updated within the last couple of years. It was very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the
AC worked wonderfully and the shuttle was reliable. A great value -- we would definitely stay here again.”

• Breakfast, free shuttle, reasonable parking, everything I needed, close to airport.
• Can't think of anything- it suited my needs.

“I wanted to escape dealing with rush hour to the airport, so arrived the night before. Was pleasantly surprised the hotel offered free shuttle, reasonable parking and complimentary breakfast. Room was better then I expected. I was very pleased. I was not looking for a resort I was looking for convience and comfort. It met my needs.”

“It is near Baltimore airport for our flight the next morning. It is simple, sparse, clean and economical. It was OK for one night.”

• I like the location of the hotel.
• I did not like the noise from the children running up and down the stairs and hallway.

“I had room near the stairs and elevator and it was to noise with children playing on the stairs and hallway mainly early Monday morning. My partner was happy the hotel was a smoking room because he don't like going outside to smoke.”

• I could leave.

“This hotel is not the place to stay, if you are going to the airport the night before for an early flight. No heat in the room (24 degrees outside). You can hear the people upstairs and next to you.”

• Cable TV did not work, comfort of room.

“The room did its job as far as providing a bed for us to stay. I was not happy with the appearance of the room. We parked and left our car at the Microtel and I was very unhappy with the fact that we were left waiting that long at the airport!

• It was conveniently located and inexpensive.
• There was no hot water and it was tiny micro.

“I require little more than a comfortable bed and a nice shower
no need for bells and whistles (good thing, since this was more like a dorm room!). Well, I slept fine(once I placed a towel at the door to block the noise from a fan near the ice machine). But the lack of anything but cold water was not pleasant. Too bad no one was at the front desk when I left or I would have let them know!”

• Filthy room and
  poor material condition.

“This hotel was filthy. The bathroom of the room was disgusting. The material condition of the room was poor at best. It seemed more like a flop house than a hotel.”

• The staff was polite and very friendly.
• The hotel was dirty and the beds were small.

“The hotel beds are very small the cleanliness of the overall hotel is awful I will never stay there again. The staff is very friendly, the linen and towels were dirty dand dingy with mold in the bathroom the television is ancient with the picture showing black and on top of a closet.”

• Free breakfast was good.
• The whole place smelled like a mix of mildew and smoke.

“The place really wreaks of odors. From the lobby, to the elevator, to the rooms. Everything smiles like mildew or smoke and its all very humid and stuffy. If you have allergies, go elsewhere.”

• Unclean rooms, worn out furniture, spicy food smell on my floor.

“I stayed in this hotel 2 years back and it was nice, seems it was sold to a franchise who has cut corners in every way possible to downgrade this hotel to just ordinary and barely bearable.”
