• I loved the fact that this room had a kitchen.
• It wasn't very clean and the was barely any hot water, it was always Luke warm.

“Great hotel because it had a kitchen. But the really need to clean it better and get some bigger or better hot water heaters. We had to take cold to Luke warm showers the entire week we stayed. But, the staff was the nicest I have ever come across while staying at a hotel-they must treat their employees well.”

• I liked having a refrigerator and sink available for use.
• There wasn't much for little ones. They did not have any cribs or any play equipment.

“I didn't have any problems while I was in the hotel. When I came to my room though, there was a bowel movement still in the toilet - this made me a little leery as to how clean the room actually was. I did find out that the water in the entire place went out the morning of my checkout (after I had showered fortunately!).”

• Everything else!

“It doesn't even deserve the two stars. Everything is dirty, doesn't work properly, or is completely broken. The staff doesn't care, as there is only one person on duty at any one time so they are unable to help you. The cable goes out all the time and the only comment from the front desk is the cable guy is on the way. The internet is as slow as you can imagine. Just to open this page took almost a minute. If you try it, you will regret it.”

• It was casual and comfortable.
• Upon checkout, the housekeeper was banging on the door waiting for us to leave from 9:00 am till 10:05. She was standing outside my room door.

“It was great over all till the housekeeper was persistent on us leaving before check out time to clean the room. It was rather rude.”

• Dirty and the staff goes to bed and locks the doors at night if you're checking in late- you're screwed.

• Convenient, easy access from highway; quiet.
• I have no complaints!

“This was perfect for the weekend trade show my husband and I attended. Easy to access from highway, generous breakfast place nearby and nice restaurants close at hand. The price was definitely right! Parking right at our door, comfortable room with kitchenette. Our 3rd stay here, and we'll hop to be back again next year!”

“Had a very good experience at hotel and would stay there again. Hotel clerk was very nice, polite and efficient. She even gave us excellent directions.”

• Being able to cook, large bed.
• Parking.

“I was surprised how big the space in the fridge. The best thing was being able to cook. I promise I would go there again. I have told many friends about it already.”

• Convenient location to bwi, local cinema, and restaurants.
• Room was marginally clean with dirt and objects on the floor from a previous occupant.

“Because I did not take this particular information with me we paid a second time instead of looking for another place to stay. Although it was a convenient location I would never return to this place. The place was barely adequate and certainly I could have found another place cleaner and the staff friendlier for the same price.”

“This hotel was fairly acceptable for a one-star rating except for the cleanliness. It was not filthy, but there were obvious signs of the previous occupant and the bathtub and sink were not as clean as I would have liked. The hotel staff person was very nice, and the location was convenient and easy to find.”

• There was a 14-plex movie theatre next door. Kind of unique.
• It was disgustingly dirty!

“Gross room. Very dirty and run down. Bedspread obviously unwashed. Yuck. Good, convenient location though. Oh, and the coffeemaker was way too gross to use.”

• Had all the basics including good location close to bowie.
• The sheets were scratchy, no shampoo or conditioner in shower.

“If you are in and out of bowie and don't want to spend a lot, this is the place for you.”

• Convenient location.
• Dishes were dirty - especially the glasses. We did not clean them because no dish soap was provided.

“It was "ok", but in comparison to other extended stay hotels, it was poor. We normally stay at candlewood suites when using extended stays, and they are superior to homestead in almost every way. We will not use homestead again.”

• Front desk person friendly.
• Bed was hard, difficult to get suitcase up to 2nd floor, only basic cable TV channels.

“Arrived at 10pm, front desk closes then, but clerk had great attitude anyway, but nowhere to get dinner, had to drive 4 miles away just t find fast food, if I hadn't gotten a rental car, I'd have been eating pretzels from the vending machine. Room size was small, but adequate for a one night stay. There are small kitchens in these rooms, this one had some stained counters and hardly any cutlery or dishes. Also, only basic cable TV channels, and many were snowy. Had I been staying more than one night, I would have been unhappy.”

• Close to the airport.
• Not enough parking.

“The quality of the hotel reflects to the price that I paid. The wireless internet did not work very well. However the staff was gladly refund the internet service fees. The parking spaces are bad. It is impossible to find a parking space right by the building.”

“This hotel is great if you are frugal and want to save some cash by not eating out. The kitchen worked, their was a coffee pot, and it took only 15 minutes, more or less, to get to the inner harbor. Perfect for the price.”
