• The location.
• Room was moldy & musty smelling, 1 pool closed, charge for all beach chairs, and there were no deck chairs.

“The resort is old and dated. In need of cleaning and getting rid of the mold in the room, was very smelly. Was not allowed to carry a soft drink outside the room. One pool was closed and there was no deck chairs at the other pool. No place to sit and enjoy the excellent view. No ice machine.”

• Beach had nice view.
• Staff rude, registered guests not able to sit by pool with paying for chair.

“Would not recommend hotel to any family or friends. The treatment we got was uncalled for. In sight drug use, (gentleman smoking pot on beach).”

• Lot of fun during the day and night live bands plenty to do.
• The hotel is a little run down, but nowhere beats holiday isle.

“The hotel rooms and resort are older, but the home of the original "Tiki bar", Kokomo, rum runners, jaws beach grill. You can't beat it for fun and partying. Don't stay here if you want to have a quiet time. It is like spring break every weekend!”

• The old, dirty, worn out bathrooms and main hallways.

• Good ocean front location.
• 3 discos outdoor in the hotel, extremely loud, impossible to sleep.

“Old hotel poorly maintained, poor room conditions (yet clean), windows not closing, extremely poor insonorisation (inside and outside), impossible to sleep. We all came back exhausted! Hotel is better suited for spring break frat boys looking for drinking contest!”
