  • Great pool and spa, nice view from rooms.
  • I don't consider it a resort and they tried to stick me with a $20 per night resort fee.

“This is a really nice hotel that had good quality rooms. The Lone Eagle grill is very nice for a special occasion. Service was good and the staff was pleasant. I won't really consider it a resort, more like a nice hotel.”

  • Nice resort with great food and amenities.
  • Way over priced for just a hotel room, even though I was overlooking the lake, it was just a regular room.

“All in all a very good experience. The room was way over priced for a room that was similar to a Motel 8. Screws on door hinge in bathroom were loose and could not shut the door. Food and restaurants were great but a little pricy. Location was excellent. Would recommend to friends if rooms were cheaper.”

  • Excellent hotel with a great heated outdoor pool and spa, perfect for skiing.
  • Wish the casino was completely detached, but it was not overwhelming.

“Went here for a ski vacation and loved the room and outdoor spa. Less than 20 minutes from North star. Hotel staff was very helpful. The room-service was expensive compared with other places but the food was very good. Excellent hotel for a North-Tahoe ski weekend.”

  • Friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful location and facilities!
  • $60/person dinner buffet. Much too pricey, even for a resort.

“We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel. With and to fins location, incredible service, and great amenities, we are very much looking forward to staying here again this summer!”

  • Immediate warmth of both hotel staff and decor.
  • The room was a little pricey.

“The Hyatt lived up to its name. Immediately upon entering the hotel we were warmed by the atmosphere and the pleasant and helpful staff. The location of the hotel is stunning; right on the water with incredible views across Lake Tahoe. For those travelers to the mountains who are looking for a little more of the rustic, the accommodations at the lakeside provide a pleasant, cabin-like retreat, and while the casino can be a fun diversion, it doesn't dominate the hotel experience as in Las Vegas. The restaurants are very good - low key, charmingly decorated and not too pricey. The cost of the room itself was a little high, in that the decor and size were only adequate. All in all however, we can definitely recommend this hotel - we shall certainly return.”

  • Location.
  • Elevators not working, restaurant over priced.

“Great stay. Had two elevators but only one worked leading to long waits. Cafe for breakfast a real rip off!”

  • Fabulous pool -- great for children.
  • Terrible food. Pity.

“The hotel is excellent. Loved the location overlooking the lake. They have a shuttle service to the ski hills. Rooms are great. Only problem is that we had to go elsewhere for food. The food in all restaurants is terrible.”

  • Beds, swimsuit wringer at the site of the pool/spa.
  • Daily resort charges are added.

“Excellent lodge environment, beautiful dock setting on Tahoe, private beach welcoming even in winter, access to the lake sets it apart from other resorts, wonderful thoughtfulness in amenities including a swim suit wringer.”

“The hotel was everything I expected - the view was spectacular! The hotel accommodates the business traveler, families, and couples looking for a great get-away. I would rate it as excellent in all of the above areas.”

  • This resort has exceptional customer service, & free Internet in the business center.
  • Can not think of anything.

“If you like quality with exceptional customer service. There was a couple in front of us at the front desk who paid $70 more a night, and the clerk made mention on what a great deal they got.”

  • Beautiful location and a great resort facility. Friendly, helpful staff. Loved the pool and hot tub after skiing.
  • Eagle's Nest restaurant is over-priced. The garlic mashed potatoes tasted like they came out of a box.

“Our bell hop was extremely friendly and informative. He made us feel at home and gave us a lot of valuable tips as to which ski resort to choose for the next day. The rooms are spacious, we stayed in the tower and loved it. The room was quiet and had a nice view of the mountains. The swim out pool was great. An added bonus was two roomy hot tubs. One for adults only and one for families. This was great as my 13 year old son was hot tubbing with us. I liked the fact that the casino is a low key affair, and barely noticeable from the lobby. But once you step inside the casino, it goes way back and there is a lot to do. I liked the live entertainment in the casino.I only wish that there were more nearby eating choices, as the Eagles Nest restaurant was way over priced. I had the prime rib, which tasted good, but had a lot more fat than is customary for that cut of meat. The accompanying garlic mashed potatoes tasted like they came out of a box. The rest of my family seemd to enjoy their meal there. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.”

  • I felt the hotel and staff were thinking of me before and after every leg of my journey.
  • The heating, air conditioner worked poorly in my room. I would have preferred to use an alarm clock rather than relying on a wake up call.

“My overall experience with this particular Hyatt Regency at Incline Village was certainly a wonderful one. The staff were courteous and respectful as well as helpful. The management has done well in upkeep of the hotel. They have also done well to produce a product desirable by the consumer. The pool, spa, day spa, fitness room, lobby, hotel room and casino were excellent. I would defiantly return again.”

  • One of the best hotels if not the best I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the hotel itself was outstanding. Highly recommend.
  • Nothing.

“Absolutely a first rate hotel, we had one of the best weekends ever. The room, lodge, bar, location, pool, and spa were fantastic. The hotel gets a 10 in our book.”

  • Great location close to ski resorts and beautiful views. Nice spa, pool area.
  • They didn't change our sheets once, we were there for 4 days. The spa staff was not kind. Pit Boss not accommodating after we spent thousands of $'s.

“Loved that the Diamond Peak Ski resort being just 5 minutes away. Very fun place to go if you don't want to have to leave or go too far from your hotel. There is so much to do from going to the spa for a facial or massage, sitting in the Jacuzzi after a long day of skiing, eating at The Lone Eagle Grill across the street, gambling in the casino downstairs. Very convenient! Had a fabulous time”

  • Great location, regency level services, wine, lounge were very nice.
  • Overcharged for parking, maid knocked and walked into my room, ice machine leaking across from room.

“Great location for lake use, not sure about ski runs. Very comfortable bed, morning N.Y. Times, however the main restaurant is not worth the three minute walk.”

  • Just perfect. From the friendly valet to the rest of the staff. Everything exceeded expectations except they took my money at the casino.

“A warm environment from the time you pull up to the valet and are met with a smile. The staff was great. I do not know what this place looked like before the remodel but it is a great place to stay now.”

  • The service staff could not be beat. They exceeded my expectations

“The beauty of Lake Tahoe can not be beat and, I'm sure, lended a small hand in my ratings of this hotel. With that said, however, I wish to congratulate the service staff at the hotel. All were cordial, courteous, sharply dressed, and extremely service minded. All of my needs and requests were fulfilled promptly and I hope that my next stay in Tahoe is soon!!”

  • Convenient location for skiing. Restaurant in hotel excellent for whole family.
  • Rooms are small.

“This hotel is great for family. It was wonderful location for skiing and has shuttle busses to most local ski resorts (and hourly shuttle to Diamond Peak). You can purchase tickets at the hotel for all local ski areas and charge the tickets to your room. The outdoor pool is loads of fun and very warm, you can even enter and exit the pool from inside the building. Since we have kids, it is wonderful to be able to use the restaurants. The breakfast buffet is good, especially because the kids got to eat for free when the adults order the buffet. All in all we spent an extra $800.00- $1,000 dollars on meals and ski tickets, but it is great to have the convenience of having it all in one place and having only one bill at the end.”

  • Beautiful setting and facilities. Excellent service and hospitality.
  • No negatives to add.

“The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort Spa And Casino in Incline Village is a top notch hotel and resort with a comfortable low-key atmosphere. The staff were very professional, pleasant and helpful. If you're interested in a first class hotel/resort in a relaxing mountain setting and atmosphere this is the perfect place... and still a short drive to the hustle and bustle of State Line if you want to catch a show.”
