“Overall, we were really happy with our stay! Free valet was nice. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub even though it was only 60 degrees outside and the pool was really warm too! Very attractive, clean room. Comfy bed. Multiple dining options. Yummy coffee and breakfast Panini at the cafe. Wish we had time for the spa. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Great location for relaxing in Tahoe. A little far from ski resorts in winter time. Friendly, helpful service.”

“This hotel was beautiful and has a lot of fun for all ages. Be careful of the room you get, you may have a long walk to the elevator. Double check the cleanliness of your room.
If you want wireless in your room it is $10.00 a day extra. I usually enjoy free wireless in my resorts...? On a positive side the Sierra Cafe has a great Sunday breakfast and the jet skiing on the Hyatt beach is a blast, expensive but a blast.”

“This hotel is beautiful. The pool was fantastic and warm even with little snow flurries. The staff was really nice and helpful. The casino is clean and the dealers were super friendly and fun. My only complaint was the food. We had room service and the burger was ok, nothing fabulous. But the sacher torte was foul. I had one bite and I could hardly choke it down, and Ill eat just about anything chocolate! The next morning in the Sierra Cafe I had the smoked salmon on a bagel and while the salmon was great, there was barely a hint of cream cheese and about 10 capers.”

“This is a really nice hotel that had good quality rooms. The Lone Eagle grill is very nice for a special occasion. Service was good and the staff was pleasant. I won't really consider it a resort, more like a nice hotel.”

“All in all a very good experience. The room was way over priced for a room that was similar to a Motel 8. Screws on door hinge in bathroom were loose and could not shut the door. Food and restaurants were great but a little pricy. Location was excellent. Would recommend to friends if rooms were cheaper.”

“Went here for a ski vacation and loved the room and outdoor spa. Less than 20 minutes from North star. Hotel staff was very helpful. The room-service was expensive compared with other places but the food was very good. Excellent hotel for a North-Tahoe ski weekend.”

“The Hyatt lived up to its name. Immediately upon entering the hotel we were warmed by the atmosphere and the pleasant and helpful staff. The location of the hotel is stunning; right on the water with incredible views across Lake Tahoe. For those travelers to the mountains who are looking for a little more of the rustic, the accommodations at the lakeside provide a pleasant, cabin-like retreat, and while the casino can be a fun diversion, it doesn't dominate the hotel experience as in Las Vegas. The restaurants are very good - low key, charmingly decorated and not too pricey. The cost of the room itself was a little high, in that the decor and size were only adequate. All in all however, we can definitely recommend this hotel - we shall certainly return.”

“Great stay. Had two elevators but only one worked leading to long waits. Cafe for breakfast a real rip off!”

“The hotel is excellent. Loved the location overlooking the lake. They have a shuttle service to the ski hills. Rooms are great. Only problem is that we had to go elsewhere for food. The food in all restaurants is terrible.”

“Excellent lodge environment, beautiful dock setting on Tahoe, private beach welcoming even in winter, access to the lake sets it apart from other resorts, wonderful thoughtfulness in amenities including a swim suit wringer.”

“If you like quality with exceptional customer service. There was a couple in front of us at the front desk who paid $70 more a night, and the clerk made mention on what a great deal they got.”

“Our bell hop was extremely friendly and informative. He made us feel at home and gave us a lot of valuable tips as to which ski resort to choose for the next day. The rooms are spacious, we stayed in the tower and loved it. The room was quiet and had a nice view of the mountains. The swim out pool was great. An added bonus was two roomy hot tubs. One for adults only and one for families. This was great as my 13 year old son was hot tubbing with us. I liked the fact that the casino is a low key affair, and barely noticeable from the lobby. But once you step inside the casino, it goes way back and there is a lot to do. I liked the live entertainment in the casino.I only wish that there were more nearby eating choices, as the Eagles Nest restaurant was way over priced. I had the prime rib, which tasted good, but had a lot more fat than is customary for that cut of meat. The accompanying garlic mashed potatoes tasted like they came out of a box. The rest of my family seemd to enjoy their meal there. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.”

“My overall experience with this particular Hyatt Regency at Incline Village was certainly a wonderful one. The staff were courteous and respectful as well as helpful. The management has done well in upkeep of the hotel. They have also done well to produce a product desirable by the consumer. The pool, spa, day spa, fitness room, lobby, hotel room and casino were excellent. I would defiantly return again.”

“Loved that the Diamond Peak Ski resort being just 5 minutes away. Very fun place to go if you don't want to have to leave or go too far from your hotel. There is so much to do from going to the spa for a facial or massage, sitting in the Jacuzzi after a long day of skiing, eating at The Lone Eagle Grill across the street, gambling in the casino downstairs. Very convenient! Had a fabulous time”
