• Bed was so comfortable. Warm welcoming staff. Felt like you were going to bed at home. Loved my stay at this hotel.
• No ice on my floor for 4 days. Hairdryer did not work.

“It was wonderful to find that they cared enough about me to leave a light on in my room for me and to leave the air conditioning on so my room would be cool. It was so welcoming - I absolutely would stay there again. I am a woman and was alone - I felt safe to stay there and walk to eat and casino.”

• I liked the free parking, excellent breakfast, comfy beds and updated decor.

“Odd location but it was between the airport and where we were leaving on a cruise the next day. The area isn't great but the hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast is included in the morning with a good variety of items. Friendly staff.”

“Any review of a facility's operation must begin with management. This hotel's manager is definitely of high caliber as evidenced by a well motivated group of employees. If I said hello, I received a smile and greeting in return. If I paused for a moment in public a nearby employee would ask if he/she could help me. At one point the housekeeping manager took extra effort to try finding an electric cord for my laptop. Check in/out was easy, security was tops, parking plenty, and the overall feeling was one of comfort.”

“I was recently on a trip to Ft, Lauderdale Florida and at the suggestion of a friend. The Hampton Inn was very clean and the staff was very professional. The hotel meet the needs for both leisure and business traveler's.”

• Very close to Aventura Mall, Sunny Isles Beach.
• Pool was broke and staff would not comp the room.

“You get free WiFi and the location was great, across from the casino/track and down the road from the Aventura Mall. Only a few more minutes to Sunny Isles and Haulover beach, not to mention Hallandale Beach. Pool was ruined by the guests, but it was heated and they provided towels.”

• The staff was so helpful with anything that came up like carrying luggage to our car, giving recommendations /directions to attractions in the area.
• There wasn't anything that I was disappointed with.
