• Great location to the grand canyon.
• The air conditioner unit was very poor.

“Overall experience was very nice. We used all the facilities including the swimming pool. The continental breakfast was one of the best I ever had. Only negative was the air conditioner was insufficient would not cool the room down and was so noisy during the night we could not sleep.”

• The breakfast was very good. Hotel staff was friendly and informative.
• Ice machine on 3rd floor ran out of ice. Would be nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room.

• Clean quiet rooms, very close to park entrance.
• Fairly expensive.

“Decent hotel. Rooms were adequate. Price was expensive due to convenient location (only a couple miles from gate). Breakfast room was crammed so we ended up taking our breakfast to our room or outside.”

• Close to Grand Canyon NP.
• Rooms were threadbare and in need of repair.

“Hotel is super-close to the south entrance of Grand Canyon NP. Great location. Hotel rooms are sub par for the class. Faucets, fixtures, etc. in need of repair to bring to normal working condition. Offers breakfast bar. Overall a great location for a GC vacation.”

• Great location for grand canyon south rim visit.
• Warning don't map quest directions, they aren't correct.

“I enjoyed the hotel very much. The animal wildlife such as elk running around in the road scared me to death, but my family made it to and from without hitting any animals, thank God! I loved Grand Canyon when I was a kid and still do. A must experience for all families, and the hotel is in just the right spot to visit the south rim. Very ample parking and the room was very comfy.”

• Worn out furniture in suite area; small bathroom for suite.

• Excellent location and continental breakfast, decent room.
• A little old looking, outside door locks malfunction.

“A great experience overall. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The room wasn't very romantic (my wife and I were on our honeymoon). Corral gunfight on the walls. The major downside was that their DSL wasn't working. However, the free and tasty continental breakfast made up for everything.”
