• Some of the items in the room seemed below average.

• The shuttle to the Fort Worth Convention Center.
• Nothing.

“The staff and shuttle driver were very helpful and pleasant. The cookies were always available and most times warm. This is the second Country Inn & Suites we have stayed in, and it will not be the last.”

• It was close to the venue.
• The road entrance was in poor condition.

“Very noisy with loud music late at night, doors slamming, people yelling. When my husband asked one man to please stop slamming doors he came to our door & shouted for my husband to come out! We will never go back there!”

“The hotel was well located, convenient and included breakfast (more than donuts) which saved time and added to the economy of my trip. It was a very pleasant stay with helpful staff.”

• Convenient to location of Conference I was attending.
• Initial room I was assigned was non-smoking but smelled smoke; staff changed me.

“Very easy to get to from highway (I-35W). I was attending Conference and events at Ft Worth Stockyard area - hotel was less than 2 miles away and an easy (with little traffic) drive to events. Room was clean. Free continental breakfast was adequate.”
