“It was the worse experience that we've had. The hotel is charming, is cute, nice location. But we couldn't go to the pools because they were so dirty that it was discussing. All day we were surrounded by drunken people that didn't stop smoking even inside the pool. They didn't clean the room once while we were there. We'll never go there again!”

“The location was convenient, close to the beach (not as close as they advertise). Older, could use updating, definitely needs to have a good "scrub" a lot of funky "substances" on the walls in the bathroom. Check in was fine, as well as check out.”

“Our room was fine until 4:30 AM when the ceiling started leaking heavily. My laptop almost got ruined. The water did not stop coming out for a long time. There was nobody at the front desk and no number to call anywhere in the room. The same thing was happening to our neighbor. He finally found a number and it took somebody about an hour and a half to get out there and stop the water. Then we were told we would have to wait for a room to open up before we could move as the place was sold out. We got moved to a new room at about 10:30 AM. We were given a 2 BR suite. However I was very disappointed that they did not give me the free night. They gave me half off the first night and a "free" upgrade. I did not want/need the upgrade and the only reason they did it was because they probably did not have any other rooms. Not happy with my experience at all.”

“The hotel was sufficient for the one night I stayed, however, overpriced even though surrounding hotels were more expensive. This was very old and a bit run down.”

“The hotel has multiple sections. The sections that have not been updated do not merit more than 1/2 a star. The sections that have been updated are a little better, worth about 1 and 1/2 stars, but the entire hotel is built in such a small area that it all suffers from too much noise either from the nearby road or the tiki bar of the hotel itself. The staff is not particularly cooperative or friendly.”

“This hotel has live entertainment every night, so if you want some sleep you might be out of luck. It was a party motel. It is not a hotel. Rooms were not very clean, spilled milk on carpet that no one cleaned up or puke I am not sure. Our feet were black from the carpet, so you will want to wear shoes in the room. It is a very good location to the beach and time square.”

“This hotel has wonderful character and location. The office was extremely nice and helpful. We received two upgrades without even asking. Times square and ft. Myers beach is about 1 block away. We had a very good time!”

“This hotel is fine if you get a cheaper-priced room and do not plan to spend all your time there. Even lower-priced rooms had a coffee pot, TV, small refrigerator and hair dryer. For the price, it was very adequate for my needs. The resort has 2 pools and you can walk to shopping, great food and the fishing pier. Lots of flora and nice tiki-hut with food and drinks. A good value if you do not expect a luxury resort.”

“Location is good but property should not 'rest' on that advantage. The rooms 'reeked' of odor control products, there were obvious places on the walls where plumbing leaks were staining the ceilings. The bed was extremely uncomfortable the sheets and towels were threadbare.”

“Located in the heart of Ft. Myers Beach where shopping, a play ground, beach and places to eat/drink. We stayed in the new section on the 3rd floor. The only thing bad is that you could not order your drinks and food together (pain in the butt) and you had to go to the bar to order your drinks instead of having the server to get it for you. To get to the beach you had to cross somewhat of a busy intersection, but not too bad, you just would not let your children be ahead of you to cross it on their own. Just a 5 min. walk, if that.”

“While the hotel was handy to the beach, I did not care for the room. It was not as clean as I am used to when I travel, the carpeting was not in very good shape. The A/C was noisy and water dripped from it. I wondered why they were pressure washing (most of the day) during spring break - why not wait till off season. It was noisy and not very relaxing to sit by the pool with loud equipment running and getting sprayed with water.”

“We expected more of a seaside resort. Actual reality is this is not on the actual beach and is a motel setting. Mid court bar could prove noisy for some, the highlight of their stay for others. Overall this would appeal to partiers rather than those looking for a quiet night.”

“Noisy, cheap, dirty, old beds. Very little water pressure in showers. Our bedroom was right next to a very noisy bridge, and could not sleep all night.”
