• Friendly staff, nice pool.
• Industrial neighborhood.

“Overall, this is a nice hotel. It has quiet nice sized rooms, a nice pool and very friendly staff. The only odd thing about it is that it is in an industrial neighborhood. There are a few restaurants close; you really have to leave the area for any entertainment etc. Overall, for Chicago, it was a great value. Just a bit out of the way.”

• Hot tub was great. Rooms were very nice with fridge & microwave ;-).
• There was not much sound proof from room to outside.

“This hotel had very nice rooms with plenty of space. The breakfast area was great and offered a wide variety. The beer tour at old Chicago pizza also offered a relaxing evening after a day of training. Staff was very curious as well.”

• Very clean and quiet.
• No free breakfast even though breakfast was served.

“There is nothing "wrong" with the hotel or its staff, just not the hotel for me. In the past you've placed me at the Best Western or the Marriott Courtyard.”

• Friendly staff, clean facility.
• When I called the night before, I was told breakfast was "complimentary," but later found out it wasn't.

“Overall this met my expectations of a Holiday Inn. The room was clean, and the staff was nice. Felt mislead about the "complimentary" breakfast.”

“The price we paid was so low I was a little nervous. But everything was great!! The room was very clean, better than some luxury hotels I've stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for what we needed. Overall, a fantastic experience.”
