“The hotel had most room facing the indoor pool with nice indoor balconies. The 3 pools and a spa and new fitness facility were nice. The refrigerator in the room was great. The hotel is on the main road in and out of the Cape. Either beach, Bay or Ocean is about 1.5 miles away. Can't really walk there on these narrow roads.”

“This hotel really made the trip fantastic for us. Indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, gorgeous rooms it was all great. We were given a larger room because the hotel wasn't very full in the off peak season. Our favorite thing was the large indoor pool.”

“For the most part a nice hotel. One minor and one major complaint though. The minor: Our room key was supposed to allow access to outside doors-but unfortunately it worked some times and not others. The staff had to keep issuing new keys/reactivating them. Major complaint: some of the hallways smelled a scent similar to formaldehyde (not sure of spelling). I would at least hope that the air quality in a hotel was safe and based on the smell I am not sure. Likely will not return-who wants to chance their health?”

“Great price and very good restaurant facilities but they put us in a handicapped room which was difficult with younger kids for the shower & toilet. The halls were very noisy past 11pm either due to kids running in the halls or a college event each night of our stay.”

“I stayed at the hotel for a meeting. The staff was very efficient and accommodating with any request I had, very helpful. The room was very clean. Some rugs need replacement but they are doing some renovation work.”

“The hotel booked us into a handicapped room and when I went to the desk to have it changed, they talked me out of it saying it was a very quite room and hall. There was a party all night long in the hall, with drunk rude people singing, laughing, shouting until 5:30 AM when finally the desk clerk threatened to call the police if the did not disburse and be quiet. The pillows were awful. Because it was a handicapped room, the shower was very strange, very low spout (below my husbands head by quite a bit) and as there was no rim or bathtub, the floor flooded from our showers. Our room was next to the smoking area (outside) and the paper thin walls allowed us to hear conversations all night long from peole who were partying and smoking. It was an awful experience and when we complained to the General Manager (on voice amil as well as leaving a message for her to contact us with the morning desk clerk) she never did. We will not only never return to the hotel we will tell all the people we know who may be traveling out to Cape Cod to stay away from the 4 Star Sheraton!”

“The hotel has potential, but being a guest during the renovations was a disaster. The whirlpool was being replaced; the "heated" pool was cold. My room was adjacent to the pool area, and noisy children running (under a "no running" sign) made it difficult to sleep. The entrance's wallpaper was mildewed and in need of replacing. There were carpenters in the next room banging. They should have closed and reopened quickly instead of subjecting me to this. Definitely NOT Sheraton quality.”

“It would have been nice to have the hotel up to full service during the Christmas holiday. Room service was not available on Christmas day. Maid service was only available until 1:00 on Christmas eve and Christmas day. It was clear that they were running on a reduced staff and services because of the holiday, but the reduction in services made it more like a 2 star hotel at a 3 star price.”
