• The lobby.

• The easy on/off to the highway, the relaxed yet more then ample continental breakfast. And the easy assistance of the hotel crew made it very nice.
• The renovations to the front of the bldg. Was a small inconvenience.

• Very friendly, helpful staff.
• Some stained towels and sheets.

“The hotel's front area was under construction, which wasn't an issue for us, as it did not affect the stay. The front desk was extremely helpful when we needed to add an extra night and made sure we could keep our rooms between the 2 reservations. Only real complaint is that some of the towels and sheets (very few) had stains on them. The hotel is just fine if you need a place to sleep for as little money as possible.”

• The parking lot was close to the hotel and there was a continental breakfast included.
• The room smelled very badly, the TV did not work; the room doors did not open and close freely because of the thickness of the carpet.

“A budget hotel, under construction, does not expect much in the way of amenities or conditions, though it is convenient to the highway and convenient for travelers using the Bradley Airport. If you need a good night's sleep and the bed and room temperature are important to you, look elsewhere.”

• Location and it was located close to restaurants and stores.
• Breakfast area too small.

“If you're going to the Hartford Civic Center and don't want to stay downtown this was great for getting on and off the interstate.”

• Check in and out were quick.
• The room had the most hideous smell, if I hadn't paid for the room I would have left.

“The general location was good but there was no place to eat nearby, the hotel room was disgusting with the worst smell. They checked me into one room, it smelled terrible, they switched me to another room that also smelled horribly. It was the worst night's sleep I've had in a log time. I slept with the window open.”

“Clean rooms, helpful desk staff. Nice simple business center--though ink was a bit low in the printer. No guest elevator, a little problem if you have a lot of luggage for your second-floor room. Continental breakfast was as good as they come in this price range.”
