• The street getting to the hotel, needs repairing.

• The rooms were clean.
• The common areas were very dirty and run down.

“The rooms were clean the common areas were not. I would stay there again for a night maybe two definitely not a place to take vacation.”

• Cleanliness of the rooms and halls.

“When we first arrived, the police were there but we never really found out why. The first room was occupied already. Only one lamp in the room worked and there were a few dirty towels in the shower. It was a good price.”

• Rooms were very good.
• Needs more than one elevator.

“Staff is friendly and rooms need. Some minor work on small repairs of some of the lights in the rooms. Location is easy to get to, but good use some work on the street to location.”

• Dirty, ghetto, dump.

“The only thing this hotel had going for it was its location. Extremely easy to get to off the interstate. And easy traveling to where I wanted to be. Otherwise, it was totally ghetto and scary. The elevator was scary, never sure if it would open or function at all. The halls and common are were dark, dreary, and made me think of some rundown project. The room itself was fine, but the cleaning service never came through while I was there (2 nights).”

• Lobby dirty, halls musty & too dark.

“The front lobby is very dirty and the furniture is nasty dirty looking. Our 1st room was not cleaned upon arrival, had to go back to front desk and get another room, 2nd room had water leaking from ceiling but was clean, air worked great. Bums sitting in front drinking beer, I sure did not want to stay at that hotel. I stayed at a hotel in Cincinnati and it was 5 star---lobby very nice & clean, rooms immaculate, staff great, food desirable.”

• Not one thing!
• The elevator sounded like it would stop.

“The man at the desk did not greet us, or even speak. The elevator banged when it moved, giving the impression it was ready to stop, or stop. There was black tape on the curtains, holding them against the wall and a hole in the wall. The fridge and microwave were in front of the mirror, so how was I supposed to use the mirror? I left my shower gel and called, but they couldn't find it.”

• It was a very nice and quiet hotel. It also had a microwave and fridge, which others did not have.
• The towels were hard, but you can bring your own towels like me and my husband did.

“Overall, it was a nice hotel. There was not much to complain about. It was not as bad as others stated. The room we stayed in even had a microwave and a fridge, which the other upscale hotel that my other family members stayed at did not.”

• It was cheap.
• Bums hanging out in the lobby and no wireless.

“You get what you pay for. Definitely a one-star motel. The staff was friendly that's a plus. Other than that I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room was musty. The seal on complimentary shampoo had been broken and left in the bathroom. The towels were hard as hell. It looked like a desk used to be in the room and it must have been taken out recently. There was this big empty space where it used to be. But like I said you get what you paid for.”
