“Overall, had a very enjoyable stay. This is one of the cleanest hotels in the area and also recent upgrades and friendly staff. I will be definitely using this hotel for my stays while in NYC.”

“Hotel exceeded my expectations. Free internet that worked really fast, swirlpool by the fitness center, very friendly personnel and happenings every evening (including free drinks, free caricatures, and so on). Outside pool was not yet open for the season. Room was clean and spacious. This was a true 3-star hotel.”

“Everything was very good. Until I was ready to travel the next morning at 4.15am. I was totally disappointed, and almost lost my flight. However, I reported it to the front desk who then allowed me to use the internet. Other than that my stay was quite good.

“The hotel was very resourceful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. It isn't close to Times squares, however the staff gave great directions to get there! I was very pleased with the service and if I ever return back to NY, I will definitely consider staying there again!”

“When In arrived to New York it was cold and my
room was cold however they sent maintains up immediately after calling the front desk. Maintains advised me that the heater would be working after he did something in the room he then said give me 15-20 min after I get downstairs and I'll have it fixed and he did.”

“Attractive, spacious, and quiet (despite its proximity to LaGuardia airport), the room was comfortable, the public spaces were attractive, and the staff was generally helpful. If you want dinner off the property, though, does your homework first as the concierge probably won't help you too much with that?”

“The hotel was in a good location and easy to find. Clean and had friendly service. Free martinis, cookies, newspaper delivered to your room and free coffee in the lobby were a nice touch. The parking was expensive but other than that I'd recommend the hotel.”

“Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel (both rooms and common areas). Large outdoor pool, hot tub, exercises room. Staff very accommodating. Airport shuttle convenient and 24 hours. Metro passes available at hotel. Bus stop one block away. Easy transfer to subway. Took about 40 minutes to get downtown from hotel. Enjoyed our stay.”

“It is good for business traveler because it has shuttle to airport and fast internet access. However, it is in a little isolated area, if you take the public transportation back to the hotel at night, you have to be a little cautious.”

“Hotel was excellent, great distance from Yankee Stadium, breakfast was very expensive. I travel on business a lot and thought Courtyard had a complimentary breakfast.”
