• Tube tv... outdated ammenities.

• The best part was the most incredible, comfortable bed. We slept like babies.

“My husband and I arrived early (they checked us in) We we're there for a little getaway (they put us in a room with lanai near the pool) We we're treated like a king and queen. The general manager (Christine) went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay. All of this was done without asking for anything. We will go back to this hotel and recommend it to anyone traveling to the Fort Lauderdale area.”

• The location is great. It's not congested but close to things I wanted to do.
• I liked everything.

“I pick a hotel by the pool. I love swimming. This pool was great! It was warm, usually in Florida the pools are freezing. This was perfect. The staff was friendly. Person, at check in was real nice. Managers at the restaurant were walking around asking if the food was okay. The food was costly but real good.”

• The room was very spacious and decorated attractively.
• Very limited options for dining, had to ask for a Chinese takeout menu.

“I would definitely stay here again, the room was spacious and attractively decorated. The pool was awesome and I really enjoyed the outdoor hammocks.”

• Full Starbucks menu please-I wanted the latte/oatmeal pairing.

• All the staff went out of their way to be extremely helpful.
• The quick check-out by telephone did not work.

“We can't say enough about how helpful everyone was. We got there 4-hours earlier than check-in time after returning from a cruise, but they had a room available in very short order. When we ordered food from the restaurant to take back to our room, the people there and from the lounge went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted. The bellmen were also extremely helpful in keeping our bags until the room was ready and getting us a taxi later in the afternoon. Anywhere we went in the hotel, the staff would ask if we needed help if we stood in one area more than a few minutes, making sure someone else had already talked to us and we were just waiting for their return. We were very impressed.”

• Cold pool.

“Great location if flying in and out of Ft. Lauderdale. Large pool, but not heated. Workout room would be great for someone staying longer. Hot tub was closed for repairs while there.”

• Love the pillows on the bed.
• Difficult to find if driving from the airport. Starbucks was either closed or broken machines.

“Ideally situated close to the airport and cruise port, very clean well appointed rooms. Pretty pool with hot tub, hammocks and flowers surrounding it. Free shuttle from the airport.”

• Food was not brought timely, poor quality. Shuttle service took forever.

“Great ambiance for the business traveler and overnighter. Hotel staff was very friendly and quick to respond to request. Food was not the greatest due to personnel understaffing; took forever to get food once ordered. Great hotel, very clean. Would highly recommend for the price.”
