• Close to shopping comfortable room and great pool area.
• That the room keys stopped working at 11am when checkout is at 12pm.

“It is great to have the small kitchen in the room for use. This allows for food to be kept and not having to rely on restaurants all the time. Having the hotel close to the highway and great shopping is an asset. The friendly staff were great to have. Everyone ready to say hello and ask if there was anything needed.”

• The rooms were nice and roomy.
• The hotel staff.

“My stay was terrible. The hotel staff mistakenly registered me and another party to room 223. Instead of correcting the error the front desk employee decided to attempt to break into our room with the help of two men also staying at the hotel. My wife, 7 months pregnant, and I were sleeping in the other room when I noticed the noise, went to investigate and found these two men and a woman attempting to break in. The woman worked at the front desk and informed us that we did not belong in the room and threatened to call the police! After convincing her that we did in fact register with the front desk and had valid room keys, we requested her to leave and demanded to speak with the manager in the morning. The management decided to 'comp' our stay. I will never stay at this hotel again as their staff is completely incompetent in the treatment of their guests in the face of their own mistake.”
