• Cookies and hot tea/cocoa in the lobby every night.
• Olympics were on this week, & that channel didn't work. AC was unreliable. Had to move.

“The staff bickered with each other during a busy check-in. Problems in the room. I had been upgraded for free during previous stays. This stay they were unwilling to upgrade me.”

• Breakfast was excellent.
• The bathroom was too small. The door almost hit the toilet when opened.

“This was a great location and a nice, clean hotel. Trying to check in was very crowded as the lobby is quite small. The bathroom, although carefully planned space, was still too small. The door was far too close to the toilet when opening it. Beds were great, and the breakfast was above the usual continental breakfast offered on our trip (we stayed in 4 different hotels along the way).”

• The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
• The rooms are a bit small.

“The rooms were clean, there was a morning paper waiting outside our door, and the breakfast that was provided satisfied young to old. If we make a return trip this is the hotel of choice for us.”

• Clean room; comfortable beds; great breakfast!
• Was not wild about the parking.

• Clean, friendly.
• I did not get a receipt from the desk clerk, and I should have paid more attention my fault as well.

“I have a student in Butte, as well as two rental houses. This is my first visit to the Holiday Inn Express. I will return to the hotel, as I visit my son and make several trips to take care of business.”

• The staff was friendly and helpful, and they had cookies.
• Elevator took too long, it was hard to tell if the door to stairs would trigger fire alarm.

“This is a good place to stay if you're not looking for anything fancy. It's a great place to stay for the big St. Patrick's Day party.”

• The hotel was clean, new and had a restaurant close by within steps. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best included breakfasts we have had.
• The hill that it was on was slippery in the snowy weather. Not even parking for the cars.

• This was a standard holiday inn but staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very nice.
• I cant think of anything I didn't like. It was a 2 star hotel.
