• The staff were very nice and accommodating.
• The bed was angled in a way it wasn't very comfortable to watch TV.

“All in all it was a nice stay. The staff was very friendly. Our TV was not working properly so the manager gave us a complimentary breakfast.”

• Nice size room with a small balcony. Quiet.
• They took my debit card and held $20 a day for potential incidentals. In my exp if you don't give credit and have already paid-you just can use phone.

“We were a bit disappointed with the hotel. When we got there, there were dirty towels still on the floor from the previous guest and the bed wasn't very clean.”

“Clean hotel but configured in such a way that the T.V. was on a chest of drawers and a mirror behind the T.V. was half behind the T.V. and half above the T.V. Appreciate Wall Steet Journal and USA Today newspaper.”

• Breakfast is excellent, it's about $10.

“The hotel staff always greets you when you come in the front door. Breakfast is great and they have maintained the same staff in the breakfast area which includes custom omlets for a number of years. The other hotels in the area were virtually deserted when we were there, but this hotel still had a number of guests. Always very quiet and pleasant housekeeping and front desk staff.”

“Front desk clerk ran up 3 floors to help me with a problem with key. Hotel is spanky clean and the pool area is kept immaculate. They have had the same waitress in the full serve breakfast restaurant. Chef makes breakfast to order and the environment is great in the restaurant. Convenient to CU and Boulder, just 10 minutes away.”

• Clean and new looking rooms with
  very comfortable beds.
• For this level of hotel the towels could have been more plush. They weren't very soft at all.

“Great location next to several restaurants. Very nice rooms with very comfortable beds and clean new sheets. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.”

• The front desk called to complaint about the noise and we had just walked into the room.

“Overall was nice, the beds were very comfy. Not easy to find nearby restaurants and dead ends would be nice to have a listing of nearby restaurants or those that deliver.”

• Our original room smelled of smoke. They changed my room into a cleaner, more fragrant one. Which was great?
• The bathroom door opens awkwardly, taking up too much space.

• Could hear every step the people above me took. It kept me awake.

“The room on the 1st floor was noisy. I could hear the pounding footsteps upstairs. When I called the front desk about it, and told them not to call me back, they called me back anyway & woke me up again!”

“The staff was very friendly and efficient and responded to my needs almost immediately. This facility was exceptionally clean; the food was excellent and plentiful. If I have occasion to return to this are I will stay at this hotel.”

• The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
• Parking spaces were a little sparse after hours.

“Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. The room was comfortable, but I wish they'd put in a few extra blankets (they were readily available from the staff). I sipped coffee in the courtyard gazebo as children played nearby. Extremely relaxing. I would certainly stay here again.”

• The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating! Great free internet connection!
• No free breakfast! The laundry room dryer died during our stay.

“This hotel is very conveniently located right off Hwy 36. The hotel itself is attractive, the rooms very comfortable and clean, and the staff is very helpful. The immediate area includes new shopping centers and office/townhouse developments so everything and anything a person could desire is within walking distance or a short drive away. All the local restaurants were willing to deliver to the hotel. It is a very safe area, and there are sidewalks everywhere. It was delightful to walk outdoors, in low humidity, with a glorious mountain view every time we gazed westward.”
