• I like the fact it was close by our destination.
• Our coffee maker was broken and they failed to replace it.

• It was convenient to where I was traveling for a business meeting.
• It was dirty, there was no water in the pool, we could not get extra towels for a shower because they didn't have any clean.

“We will never stay at this hotel again. It was convenient to the Bessemer Civic Center and that was the only good thing they had to offer. I booked a room adjacent to the pool because my family was with me and the pool didn't even have water in it. We also learned that it would have been cheaper to book the hotel directly. The room was dirty and we couldn't even get extra towels because we where told that they didn't have any clean. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.”
