• It was family friendly. They had cookies and fruit in the lobby for the guests.

“We loved the hotel and price we received on priceline! It was better than any other hotel we could stay at for much more. The staff were very friendly the first day we arrived. They welcomed us and visited with the kids. We loved the atmosphere and the little touches to make us feel welcome. We needed milk late one evening for our baby. They were more than happy to help us and got it right away.”

• Clean, modern, convient to resturants, good value.
• There is nothing that I did not like about this motel.

• Very friendly staff--taking ownership of hotel-makes you feel at home.
• Would like to of had a change of breakfast items--most everyday items remained the same.

“I came to Bountiful to help my daughter get settled in (she just moved from NC). I was totally at a loss because of her moving so far away--but the staff at this hotel was so friendly and always willing to give information (ex: directions etc--). My stay there was very pleasant and peaceful--(although there seemed to be a lot of children running around on the floor above me that was a minor mishap because all and all my stay was very nice and relaxing. Will most definitely stay again on my next visit to Bountiful Utah.”

• Breakfast was great and we got discount tickets to nearby attractions.
• Main parking was full.

“My family loved staying at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable. And the continental breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The pool was open 24 hours which was another great thing for us.”

• Even non smoking rooms had faint smell of smoke.

• The pool was open 24 hours. A day and was quiet.
• Close to freeway traffic.

“It was very close to the facilities that we came to Bountiful to see. The price was good and the continental breakfast was very good as well.”

• Best buffet breakfast ever had. Room was excellent.
• They did not specify special rates given to certain travelers.

“Excellent place to stay for any occasion. Have good rate but need to ask what reason better rates apply. Excellent buffet breakfast, friendly staff. Close to excellent restaurants in the area.”

• Good fitness facility and indoor pool and spa.
• A bit of a drive from Downtown salt lake.

“The hotel provides clean comfortable surroundings and appears fairly new. The staff was helpful. No restaurant on site, but easily discovered restaurants are within blocks and the hotel provides a list of the more popular ones.”

• The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was exceptional !
• Nothing.

“The people in this hotel go above and beyond the call of duty. They care about your comfort and go the extra mile to help you. The complimentary breakfast was great! I will stay there again, I have stayed in many 3 & 4 star hotels and didn't get half the service!”

• Good competitive price, no frills hotel. Fine for 1 night. Free breakfast was very good.
• No complaints. Fine for 1 night or short stays.

“This hotel is in a good location for the business traveler, near by shopping or good access for the outdoor enthusiastic. Not a lot of frills, but certainly sufficient for short stays and those looking to save a few dollars. For continental breakfast, I was impressed.”

• 12 miles from Salt Lake City! This shouldn't be under SLC hotels.

“The staff was very courteous. The room was well-worn, but relatively clean. Parking was easy. There is free wireless, weight-machines, and a pool. It was plenty serviceable.”

• Location was convenient for our purpose. It was just a rest point on the way to our destination.
• It was too close to the highway for comfort and safety.

“The hotel was the third one we tried for making this trip. It is better then the rest. The hotel room was pleasantly decorated, clean and spacious. The workers there were pleasant and helpful. Though there is a pool, we did not use it. Having the internet connection was helpful. Breakfast was complete in choices.”

• Nice breakfast & very friendly staff.
• Room key didn't work the first time.

“The staff was very friendly. I had an early flight the next morning, which I told the front desk associate at check-in. I asked about the complimentary breakfast, assuming that I would have to leave to early to be able to enjoy it. I had to leave by 5:00 am to catch a flight & breakfast wasn't normally served until 6:00 am. However, she said that she would tell the overnight employee to have the food ready by 4 or 4:30 and I would be able to eat. I thought that was very nice, but didn't get my hopes up. Sure enough, when I went to check out around 4:45, the breakfast was ready. The associate even offered to make a waffle for me at the self-help waffle maker due to my time crunch. Excellent over-the-top service.”
