The Residence Inn Charleston Airport is located minutes from the airport and convenient to Interstates 26/526. Bedrooms have either one king bed each or one king bed and two queen beds. All accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. Clean, quiet, professional & friendly staff, great location to Charleston.
Absolutely no complaints.

Clean, attractive, nice room.
Very poor service.

“I stayed at this hotel while placing my mother in an assisted living facility so she could stay close to family & friends. I was hoping each night when I got back to the room that I could enjoy the outside spa (heater broke) and a nice hot bubble bath (water was always lukewarm at 8:00 p.m.). The last night I could not get the room card key to work. The young lady in the lobby kept giving me new key cards and none would work. Finally the housekeeper noticing how tired and upset I was went and got the master key that got me in the room. The young lady was the rudest I had ever met in my travels and had a bad attitude. I was tired, emotionally drained, and she was helping in getting me into my room so I could go to sleep.”

Very nice room, friendly/helpful staff, and great complimentary breakfast.
They were experiencing some issues with the key and phone systems during our stay. But they were working the problem, as best as they could.

Nothing.

“This was a wonderful place to stay, maybe the best I've ever stayed in for the price I paid. Great service, great food, great rooms!”

It was outside of the immediate area that we were visiting.

Everything about this hotel was super - the staff, the hotel, etc.
Nothing - they went out of their way to make our stay great.

“This was an incredible hotel. (We were on a one week vacation, half in Savannah, and half in Charleston.) There was no way this should have been even close to the same money as the ESA. I'd stay here anytime. All the staff went out of their way, and went the extra mile for us.”
