• Staff was very friendly.
• We selected the hotel because they listed a pool. Pool was outdoors and out of order.

“It was okay. Room reeked of smoke and we had to air it out.”

• Clean, comfortable room, nice continental breakfast.
• Outside entrance to rooms.

“This was a nice, clean, comfortable room. The staff were very nice and the continental breakfast was nice. The only thing I did not like was that the entrance to the room was outside and the stairs to the upper floor of rooms were hard to get to.”

• The breakfast was fabulous and had a variety of food!
• I thought the hostess could have been dressed up a bit more, wore jeans. She was polite.

“Overall my experience was good. I think that first impressions on how people are dressed are very important. Smoking for employees needs to be more discreet.”

• Staff was cool about me checking out late and breakfast wasn't bad.
• Hotel cable.

“They had the oatmeal I like for breakfast, and nice staff; they were cool with me checking out an hour late.”

• The location is very good and close to fast food and shopping.
• Beds are way too hard and the staff seemed unhappy.

“I checked out early and the receptionist asked me to pay for my room. I already paid I told the lady, and she got really upset because I would not sign anything and give my credit card to her. I dont think I will stay here again. And, the beds are small and too hard.”

• The breakfast was very good.
• The interstate was right out my door. The heating system was temperamental.

“The hotel was good for it location to the activities I was in Findlay to participate in. It is somewhat basic but the beds were good and the room was clean. The rooms on the highway side got some highway noise but it was not terrible except when a horn would sound. The included breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.”

• Close by the interstate, safe in the room.
• I felt the price was too high, for less than, a 24 hour stay.

“There was dark hair, on the bathroom wall, and water stains, on the floor, the beds was hard, and covers very stained up. We bought our own.”

• Convenient to freeway.
• The pool was not swimmable.

“It's a budget motel. It's a place to sleep. The staff was courteous. The pool was scary. One of the reasons I chose this motel was because it had a pool. My kids wanted to swim. After we checked in, we suited up and went down to the pool. The water level was below the level of the skimmer; therefore it was not pumping and filtering the water. Algae growing on the bottom. There were feet marks on the bottom where some brave soul attempted to go swimming and brushed away the algae. I spoke with the manager about my disappointment. She agreed that the pool level was low and that they had turned on the water to re-fill it. She seemed to be in disbelief about the algae and said she wasn't sure how that could have happened so quickly. I don't think it happened quickly. I think the pool had been neglected for a while. There was no apology.”

• The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly.
• Very small room.

“Nice place, quiet. Cable TV reception was poor. would stay again when in Findlay.”

“Good Hotel for a short stay. Provided breakfast was not very good. Room was somewhat small, but clean. Overall experience was good.”

• It was only for 1 night and very easy to get to.
• Room smelled like smoke and walls were really thin.

“Would probably stay somewhere else next time. Everyone was nice but it was pretty low budget.”
