• It was beautiful, clean and had anyone would ever need .
• Nothing.

“This hotel was the nicest hotel that I have stayed at in a long time. I travel 2-3 weeks out of the month and would love it if all my hotels were this perfect.”

• It was clean the staff was friendly..Very enjoyable.

“I felt like they did not want me to leave. We stayed longer then expected that's cause I like a vacation and this place was great for doing so.”

• Location, ease of check in, fair value.
• Room was not clean, had to ask for standard items.

“Lobby has inviting appearance, good location. The room however had dead flies in the window track, no washcloths, holes in the bath mat, substances (food) on the glass on the pictures and a dark substances on the walks like something was spilled and not cleaned off.”

• Loved the free cookies at check in.
• Breakfast room to small.

“Very clean room, friendly staff, loved the free cookies and the kids loved the pool. Good price and location. My only complaint is that the breakfast room was way too small.”

• The location and availability.
• The breakfast wasn't outstanding.

“We stayed at this hotel (which is somewhat near splash lagoon) simply to get away and swim in the pool. For two smaller children it was a perfect pool--very shallow and the hot tub was lukewarm (my son takes hotter baths than the hot tub). However, for us it worked out well because even the kids could go in the hot tub. For a romantic getaway, though--you may want to try elsewhere. The rooms were sufficiently clean and nice (except for the hair dryer malfunction that shot flames out of the back of it). Not a 4 star hotel, but a good hotel (especially if you have kids) for the price.”

• I definitely liked the friendly and helpful staff.
• The breakfast room is too small for such a busy hotel.

“This hotel is ideally situated to interstate, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and other things to see in eerie. The hotel is nicely designed and although very busy was very quiet. The idea of a pool is attractive but the odor of chlorine made use of the pool impossible. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to return there in the fall of 2007.”

• It was a very comfortable room and was priced right.
• We asked for a nonsmoking room and it did smell a little Smokey.

“I would recommend it to my friends and I would stay their again. I liked the hotel and the free breakfast was great.”
