• Very comfortable pillows and it had a bar.
• The people across the hall from my room.

“I enjoyed the hotel in the most part it was very well kept for a smoking room. The pillows were really comfortable and so was the fuzzy brown cover.”

• We love the price and the features of a restaurant and lounge.
• The cold bathroom floors.

“We have stayed at this Days Inn a few times and always love the convenience of all the features. We recommend it to anyone wanting to get away for a week end! The staff is very helpful with directions and the lobby is spotless!”

• It was more than I expected.
• There wasn't a continental breakfast and the restaurant you had to eat at wasn't great.

• It was inexpenseive. I was there from 2 AM till 11 AM.
• Bathroom was not in good repair. Slow drains.

“The hotel is what you think it is. A budget hotel just outside of Columbus, just off the highway. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were fairly neat but the hotel itself has not been updated in a while and the rooms and the hotel itself show this age.”

• Pleasant staff, clean nice room, nice bar.
• Noisy in hall, front desk didn't do anything. I was woke up at 2:45 am and had to be awake till 5 am, did very little sleeping. Front desk didn't answer.

“Noise problem in the hallway which woke me up me up at 2:45 am. It was a nice place to stay. Felt safe in my room.”

“It was okay just for the night to sleep but we asked for 2 doubles or king bed & she made it quite clear she didn't have anything but a doule.”

• The room was nice and it had a fridge.
• The staff, except for one person, was rude and indifferent.

“Easy to find - easy access - near important places like airport and downtown and highway. However, the staff didn't even look up at the customers when helping them. I don't need wonderful service, but I don't want to feel like I am putting people out!”

• Rooms were very clean. Liked the refrigerator and microwave, coffee machine, work out room.
• Bed was extremely uncomfortable and small, a full sized instead of a queen, they had some sort of plastic covering under the sheets and it was hard.

“Friendly staff. As a stranger to the area, the neighborhood seemed a bit run down, building was clean. They were working on some updating which is good to see that they care about maintaining the building. Enjoyed having refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer. Used work out room which was a nice amenity. The only bad thing I have to say is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable and too small (only offered a full sized bed vs. a queen or king). Neither my husband nor I had a good night sleep. The other problem was the air conditioner went on the fritz in the middle of the night waking us with a horrible sound. Informed the staff and they were very helpful. They are replacing their air conditioners throughout the building already. Unfortunately due to the bed, I would not recommend it, everything else was nice.”

• Close to the interstate we were on.
• Staff gave poor service. The buildings were not clean.

“This hotel is older, needs cleaning, and needs customer service training for the staff. It was convenient to the interstate, which worked for us as we stopped over for the night. But it is not a place I would stay again.”

• They let us leave our trailer locked in the parking lot over the weekend while we traveled throughout Columbus.
• The remote was missing on Saturday night when we returned to our hotel room.

“It was very nice, comfortable. Four pillows per bed. We always have to ask for more pillows. Close to shopping and easy access to the interstate.”
