• Larger room than anticipated.
• Were booked smoking rooms by default.

“Were booked smoking rooms by default and hallways smelled as if most rooms were smoking. Only way to get non-smoking was to upgrade to King Suite.”

• Staff was friendly and compassionate.
• No vents in bathroom, no refrigerator in room.

“Swimming pool was clean and had extra towels. Breakfast was convenient and good. Staff was friendly, helpful & compassionate. Overall, We would stay there again on our trip to Ohio.”

• Convenient to where we wanted to go in Columbus; clean.
• Originally put us in a smoking room and charged us to upgrade to non-smoking.

“Our experience here was pleasant, other than having to pay extra for a nonsmoking room. The room was clean, as were the lobby and breakfast area. Nothing spectacular, but a good value.”

• Friendly staff, fresh baked cookies at the desk.
• Our room on a non-smoking floor had a smoke scent.

“When we first checked in, they had us reserved for a smoking room, they changed that and put us in the last available room (handicap accessible). It still had a Smokey smell, but not terribly bad. On checkout day, the staff got confused and thought we had left even though we hadn't checked out. A family member who was also staying there saw them tearing down our room and let us know. We had to go to the front desk to retrieve my wife's purse and our DVD player which we hadn't put in the car yet. They were very friendly and apologetic for the misunderstanding. Overall, it wasn't a bad place to stay.”

• Location: Near I-70 just east of Columbus.
• They put me in a smoking room - it stunk!

“This hotel looks like it is on a fast decline. The room looks only slightly better than a Red Roof. Stay away from this hotel!”
