• I can't because there was nothing good about it. Ok, may be the price.
• The deceiving photo and the Smokey smell all over the building, even the lobby!

“The gentleman at the front desk was nice enough, but the hotel in general was in poor condition. Even for a smoker, the smell of cigarette smoke, even in the lobby, was overpowering.”

• The handicapped room was in a major thoroughfare; smoking allowed outside room.

“I had to complain several times about people meeting on a picnic table outside of the handicapped room where my mother and I were staying. She did not sleep most of the first nights because there were people meeting outside on a picnic (right outside of the room) and talking as loud as possible. The employees were smoking on breaks at the picnic table so when we went in and out of our room we were covered in smoke. I wanted to leave, but they informed us that it didn't matter to them, they couldn't give us a refund and weren't sure we could get one from you. We were stuck.”

“The room did not even have one chair to sit in, only the bed. it was too cramped.”

• People were friendly.
• It had bad odors, was not clean, and had damaged areas in the room.

“The people were nice, with a decent continental breakfast. However, there were some quality issues with cleanliness and damages to the walls, carpet, etc.”
