• The location and amenities don't even deserve a single star rating.

“This place is a complete dump and not even worthy of an "economy" star rating. I've been at campgrounds with better accommodations.”

• The location, close to the airport.
• No iron or ironing board in the room.

• Nothing.
• Extremely noisy room. Right on the interstate. Rude Manager.

“My room was feet from I-80. As soon as I saw where it was I requested another room. The manager told me I would have to pay another $15.00. The motel had very few guests and could have easily accommodated by request; they had about a dozen guests from the look of the parking lot. In addition, the manager told me I'd have to come and get an iron and ironing board if I wanted it as she couldn't bring it up. I called the front desk again after midnight and another manager who had come on duty agreed to move me to another room which was not adjacent to the interstate. I had to dress, pack up and move in the middle of the night. I got less than four hours of sleep and had an early morning flight to catch.”

• Clean, comfortable, affordable.
• Continental breakfast was not as good as La Quinta's.

“Microtel was okay. I felt La Quanta's continental breakfast just put an exclamation point to a fine stay. I was a little disappointed in Microtel's continental breakfast, otherwise the stay was okay.”

• We had to pay to upgrade to sleep 3 people. The staff seemed put out that we where checking in.

“The hotel was difficult to get to, when I called to ask for directions he said he couldn't tell me. The rooms where ok, but very little in amenities. Staff had something to be desired.”

• The bed was fairly comfortable compared to other motels of the same caliber.
• Tiny rooms! The staff was not very accomodating when asked for 2 extra pillows 2 nights in a row.

“The motel is located in a good place close to downtown and to the airport and easy to find. The rooms were very tiny and the amenities advertised on the internet were not included in what we got (blow dryers, microwave, and mini refridgerator...all of which we looked for when booking the rooms...especially since we had a diabetic who needed to refridgerate insulin. We were not told there were different rooms available and only that their suites" had those amenities and we would have to pay mor to upgrade. None of that was advertised or told to us and very much a hassle."”

• The room was very adequate for an excellent price.
• The staff was not always readily available.

“The hotel was new, clean, and attractively decorated. It was close to the airport and was very affordable.”

• It was clean and easy to get to our destination the next day.
• No complaints.

“We arrived late and left very early for a hospital admittance, so we really only slept. The staff was friendly and room clean, just what we needed.”
