• The hotel was conveniently located by the freeway, restaurants, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, flat screen TV, frig. & microwave.
• Liked everything.

“The hotel was great and included a continental breakfast. The room had comfortable beds(therapeutic mattresses), flat screen TV, a side room with a refrigerator and microwave. The staff were helpful and friendly. It is located near the freeway and restaurants are within walking distance. We were towing a car trailer and the parking lot was easy to access. If our stay had been longer we would have enjoyed the exercise room and pool.”

• The beds were great.
• No water in the pool.
  Closed, and no working spa.

“The hotel was a nice hotel, but wanted to know why the pool was not in service they said who goes swimming in May? I said everyone, who was on a trip whether for a fun, or business trip. They were rude to us. We also asked for clean towels, they never came, and a small thing microwave popcorn was in one of our rooms, so we asked if we could get some, they said sure but it never came. Unhappy Willa le Baron.”

• Mattresses were great.
• Breakfast not very good.

“Overal,l it was fine. There were several things in our room 116 that needed attention. The electrical outlet in in the bathroom needed to be replaced, electrical plugs fell out. The vent in the bathroom above the shower was very dirty.”

“The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was great featuring egg omelets, bacon and biscuits and gravy.”

• The staff was great.
• The noise of the doors when they shut from other rooms. You can hear everything. They're very loud and woke me up several times during the night.

• Great access to freeways and restaurants and shops.
• There were no elevators in this hotel. Made if difficult for staying upstairs with luggage.

“Overall, the hotel was fine, it had wireless access in the rooms which was a plus. The continental breakfast was one of the better ones that
I have had for this level of hotel.
I did not like the fact that there wasn't an elevator; it made it very difficult to carry luggage to my room. the reception staff where nice, but due to language barriers, it was difficult to get help regarding amenities in the area.
I was not able to get any assistance with local restaurants, travel directions to my business locations.”
