• The landscaping the tree outside my window kept banging and scrapping against my window and walls.

“Very nice and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and answered my questions. Within about 10 minutes from Grand Valley State were I was visiting my daughter. Only one downfall it was raining and windy and the tree outside my room kept banging against the window and building. Look for were the trees are or get an inner room.”

• Hard to get to off the highway.

• Nice pool/hot tub, nice breakfast, attractive.
• No refrigerator/microwave. No game room.

“Very elegant looking lobby. Nice sized pool and hot tub. Nice long pool hours. Great warm cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Should have a microwave available for breakfast. No refrigerator in room makes trips to ice machine necessary.”

• Watching movies in the Jacuzzi!
• Green carpet.

“The hotel was really comfortable and they had lots more choices for breakfast than others we've been to. They had a great restaurant across the parking lot you can go get drinks or dinner at without having to drive, and the sheets/bedding were great.”

• No hot water in the morning for my shower.

• It was thoughtful of the desk clerk to unstuck our tub/shower drain.
• Small amount of hair on bathroom floor/under side of bedspread soiled.

“We took the first Grandville exit off 96 and had trouble finding 36th. The pool a bit small and crowded. Nice continental breakfast eating area very clean. no bar/restaurant on site.”
