• The hot breakfast was awesome!
• The bathroom was kind of old looking and very small!

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the balcony just off of our room. The bathroom was a little old looking, but was clean and the free breakfast bar is as good as the commercials make it out to be!”

• The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Lobby was beautiful and inviting.
• I was placed in a room close to the wing exit door, and my room also had a door directly to the parking lot. I did not feel safe.

• Everything was convenient for us as a family and the staff was very nice.
• By the time we got to the breakfast bar all they had was yogurt and a pastry.

“We have stayed in this motel before and we will stay again now that we can get a small break on the pocketbook.”

• Staff was excellent. Went above and beyond to help us get to our car when it got a nail in tire. Thank you!
• No complaints.

• It was comfortable; everyone was friendly, free breakfast bar, swimming pool.
• Nothing.

“We were told that we could not check into the hotel until 3pm. We got there way early at 8am and they allowed us to check in. This was just a small example of how the staff went above and beyond our expectations! Great work!”

• My lids loved the cookies they offered at night.
• The beds were a little uncomfortable.

“This was the second time we stayed at this hotel and it was the second time there was a problem with the pool. We were disappointed again!”

• My room was right by the pool!
• I got a smoking room and I'm allergic to smoke. Hotel wouldn't get me a non smoking room.

“Hotel was clean and very nice. The only problem was with the room being a smoking room. We I checked in I told them about my allergy to smoke.”

• The refrigerator, the fluffy towels, the pool, the great breakfast, easy room access, friendly staff.
• Small counter with sink, no hot cocoa, only coffee.

“I liked the nice lobby and the spacious breakfast area. This motel was easy to get to from the freeway and easy to find. Close proximity to movies, malls, restaurants, and residential areas. I would have liked hot cocoa in the room along with coffee as I am not a coffee drinker.”

• This is a very comfortable place to stay from all points of view.
• The air conditioner did not work, weather was temperate, but would have been nice.

• I liked the speed of check in and check out.
• There were a lot of noisy travelers which you could hear slamming their room doors.

“The staff was friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast was one of the best that I've had. The room was very nice and attractive. It had a flat screen television in one room and a television in the room with the bed. The stay was pleasant.”

“Fairly nice hotel. There were papers on the floor of our room, but the staff was in the cleaning process. Our reservation was waiting and check in time was easy. Good location - easy to find. Would stay there again.”
