• Housekeeping staff work and attitude excellent.
• A bit pricey, but not outlandish.

“Appears to be a relatively new building, modern and well appointed. Front desk and housekeeping staff were hard working and gracious. Very satisfied with all aspects of service and rooms.”

• Spa was great, Service was great. Location was good.
• I could find nothing wrong.

“Wife and I went to the hotel for a break from the kids. (and anniversary). We got a SPA room. It was great. Everything was clean had a ton of "fun". And the service was great. The people where friendly and ready to assist with any requests. The location was "ehh ok" It sits where on a hill slightly higher than Brockport so you get a good view but "it is Brockport". If you are looking for a great location I don't think this is really the place. Right down the hill is Wal-Mart. So. But If you are looking for a break from life it is a nice place. No indoor pool. The room and service was what I was looking for and it was great.”
