• Very clean and beautifully landscaped.
• The breakfast hours were a little confusing. Hot food was cold.

“The hotel was centrally located to a lot of things we wanted to see and to a variety of restaurants. It is obvious the hotel is well-managed, clean, and guest friendly.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The inside pool was too small for adults to enjoy with families that had small children.

“The decor was rich and gave the place a polished look that would appeal to business travelers. I loved it because if felt warm and relaxing even though I was a leisure traveler.”

• Hotel was clean with very good continental breakfast.
• Poor location; not easily accessible to nearby highway going one direction; not accessible to highway at all in opposite direction.

“Front desk charged full rate to my credit card again upon arrival (Friday), even though I gave them the receipt you provided when I booked the room and told them it had already been paid for in advance. Then when this was brought to their attention that evening, front desk told me they couldn't do anything about it without contacting hotel manager, which wouldn't be until the following Monday when he came back into work; and did not feel it was necessary to contact him at home even though I had a serious concern. Even though the charge was taken out of my account (debit card for my checking account) on the first day, I did not get a reverse on the charges until a week later.”

• Everything was excellent. I have not been this satisfied since our trip three years ago.
• The floor smelled of an odor trying to cover up smoking in the rooms down the hall.

“Lobby was surprisingly decorated and gave a warm welcoming feeling immediately NOTHING LIKE ANY OTHER HOLIDAY INN. They should forgo the old air conditioning (my husband and I battled the thermostat) and get central heat and air. A wonderful full continental breakfast with staff waiting to assist you in any way possible...how refreshing. Quick checkout...not requiring a front desk visit was also a plus. All of the family agreed to stay there again on out nest trip.”
