“This hotel shouldn't have a star rating greater than ONE. It is filthy. The staff is less than enthused to be employed there. The grounds are in serious need of attention. Most of the concrete walking paths are crumbling. The entry door closest to my room opened with-out my key card. This left me very uneasy especially because the back parking lot didn't have a single working night light. The group of undesirables hanging out in the back of the lot didn't seem to mind the lack of lights, but I did. The entire hotel,including my room, smelled of musty mold and smoke. My bathroom only had one working light bulb. The new arch type shower curtain rod was not properly installed leaving it slumping at downward angle so that the moldy curtain, no matter how much I tried to adjust it, would slide to the middle in a bunch. Hence, the floor was a puddle each time I showered. The vending area was disgusting. I decided not to use the ice after I saw the crust on the dispenser. Every window in my room, the lobby and entry ways were covered in dirt, slime and smears. They clearly haven't been cleaned in some time. I was crushed that I got this hotel again. Please demote this hotel to a one star hotel where it belongs.”

“It will be great if there is a in-door swimming pool. The room does not equipped with a micromave oven, but the friendly staff allow me to access the one in the club room.”

“This hotel disappointed from every angle. Hallways smelled musty. Rooms were dimly light and outdated. Internet didn't work. At one point 6 staff members huddled together and ignored me while I attempted to find my way around.”

“I was so disappointed in this hotel, that I checked out 1 day early. The hotel is being sold. The staff has an I don't care attitude. The bathroom toilet was not bolted to the floor properly. The tile grout was molded. Ceiling tiles stained. I was ashamed to call it a Sheraton. Maid service was not existent. I will question staying at a Sheraton again.”

“Roof leaked in several places in lobby and on the floor where my room was located; fortunately not in my room! AC was very noisy. The hotel has been on the market for 5 years I was told by a staff member and there are a lot of deferred maintenance issues.”

“I was super excited to stay at this hotel, because it's name normally means it is going to be nice. It was nice overall. However the staff did not follow through with what they said. There was a wedding in the hotel that night and there were people running up and down the hall yelling and knocking on doors around midnight. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had a hotel.”

“The front desk welcomed us and was very helpful when we asked questions about the facilities and billing policies. All of the staff that we met--whether restaurant, cleaning, or front desk--were very pleasant and helpful. The room in which we stayed seemed old: the TV picture was blurry; and the air-conditioner made a loud vibrating noise whenever the automatic temperature control turned on the cooling unit. The shower-curtain rod was loose, too, as if the previous customer had pulled on it. However, the room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a very good job making it a welcoming environment whenever we returned from day-trips. The day-trips were very easy to plan, with plenty of places to go within a few minutes' drive. Overall, I would say that the stay was very pleasant.”

“We had to be moved to a different room due to the air conditioning. It was looked at while we were out and the person said it was fine. It was not fine. We were surprised that the bathroom sink looked as it did. The room, itself, was very clean. We were finally moved to another room about 8:00 that evening. The front desk staff was very helpful.”

“I was disappointed. I used to work at a Sheraton, and expected much more from the staff and Restaurant. A smile and eye contact means a lot. The front desk was ok, but the restaurant employees were terrible, and the food was worse. The room was clean, but nothing special. The air conditioner was noisy.”
