• The location was easy to find.
• Bed was a little hard for me.

“The hotel was very nice. Not exactly super upscale, but certainly not bad in the least. It's attached to the convention center, which makes it a good hotel for anyone who has a convention to attend. The halls are spacious, the room had a whirlpool bath, and the room itself was laid out in a comfortable manner with plenty of space.”

• We had a great queen suite for a very affordable price
• Check-out was slow. We could not check out from the room and the their was something wrong with the computer system at the desk.

“I would stay here again. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times, now and have been very pleased with the Priceline rate and the room accommodations.”

• Excellent desk staff and housekeeping. Rooms exceptionally clean and comfortable.
• Internet service was intermittent or non functional. Limited television channel offering.

“Would recommend this hotel for vacationers or business travelers. Professional attentive staff, both housekeeping and desk. Location is excellent, close to shopping, historical areas, and interstate highways. Comfortable and spacious rooms.”

“This hotel was 2 star at best, even at that, it was old and poorly maintained. It needed to be removed from the 3.5 Star option in that geography. Very unsatisfied.”

• Very nice rooms.
• Saturday daytime desk attendant. The guy with the gap between his teeth. He ruined my day.

• I loved the whirlpool tub. It was a great way to unwind.
• A guest sat out near the elevators and talked for hours on the phone.

• Check-in, incompetent staff.

“After a stressful day in Phila., I called the hotel to let them know I would be checking in late. When I got there, a note on the front desk informed me I had to check-in at an adjacent hotel. Now why couldn't they tell me that on the phone. A half hour later (late at night) I get my key, which opens the door to a room that is already occupied. This is at 11:00 at night. Not a good thing for a woman traveling alone. When I called the front desk they told me I would have to come back for another key. I refused to leave the hotel and told them to bring the key to me. There was no way I was dragging my luggage back out to the car and driving over to the other hotel at this time at night. Eventually, they brought me another key. Will never stay here again.”

• Micro/fridge and decent programming on the TV.
• Bed was not good very hard and not comfortable.

“The hotel is a classy relic from the 60's/70's. It is well kept and clean. Bars and restaurants are pleasant and operate well. My only concern was the bed was not comfortable, everything else was quite adequate.”

• Breakfast was ice cold.
