• Room included both refrigerator and Microwave.
• Lobby cramped and single only elevator.

“Hotel was right next to mall and Ballys health club. Nice breakfast and refrigerator and microwave in room. Comfortable and quite. Better than some other Fairfield's Ive stayed at.”

• Lobby entrance very hard to locate.

“This hotel is everything but fancy to look at from the outside but the rooms are very clean and nice. We had a comfortable stay. The lobby entrance is kind of difficult to locate as it appears as thought it's just a side entrance and not the front doors. The staff was very friendly. The day staff was very helpful in locating churches and providing directions for off site activities/dining although the night staff was not as knowledgeable. Excellent location while shopping at King of Persia Mall right across the Mall Blvd. I would stay here again.”

“I stayed there on a Saturday night with my wife and two year old son. The room was large and comfortable. The included breakfast had more options than I expected, including microwavable breakfast sandwiches and makes your own waffles. We enjoyed our stay and the price was quite reasonable.”

• Convenient to my business and close to restaurants.
• AC system was very noisy, but might be fixable.

“Good value overall; clean, easy to find, convenient to restaurants and shopping. Marriott brands are very consistent in my experience, which is a good thing. The staff was competent, although not exceptionally friendly.”

• Location was excellent. across from king or Prussia mall and connected to bally fitness.
• No lobby.

• Very comfortable beds, attractive and comfortable bedding, wireless internet was much appreciated, nice continental breakfast.
• Morning shower was not hot enough.

• The check in person is a liar.

“This is the second time I increased my stay and the hotel was not notified. The check in person said he found the second reservation and made the change in the system so I can stay in the same room without checking out. According to the counter person on Saturday this was never made and I was to check out. After a few hassles the second date was found. Causing unnecessary aggravation. I came to the room after 3:00pm to take a nap before I had to leave at 6:00pm. But, couldn't because, the room wasn't clean.”

• Everyone was very friendly, it's convenient to the mall. And it included a great breakfast.

“Great location it's convenient to the mall. and it included a great breakfast - a good variety of food. It was very clean. it is attached to a gym which had a pool. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. I had stay there again.”

• Great location; connection with bally's fitness center.
• Walls were a little thin--could hear neighbors.

“Enjoyable hotel; amenities include easy access to and from highway, connection with bally's fitness center (indoor pool in February is a nice plus) and in close proximity to area shopping and dining locations.”

• The location was perfect for my needs and the breakfast was very good.
• My room was not the cleanest. Not so bad that I complained, but the carpet could have been better vacuumed.

“I would stay at this property again and would recommend it even though my room could have used vacuuming. However, the room was not so bad that I bothered to complain. The beds were great, lots of pillows were provided and the beds were made with an extra top sheet instead of a bedspread which I feel is much cleaner.”

• Nothing. Everything exceeded expectations.

“This hotel is very close to the King of Prussia Mall and Valley Forge. The beds are the best for a good nights sleep. Continental breakfast was the best of anywhere I have been. staff was great.”

• Access next door to Bally's total fitness with swimming pool.
• No problems.
