• Nothing.

“This is one of the best Best Western Inns I've stayed in on my trips to Philly. I was here for three nights and I can't think of anything critical to write. The breakfast was good, the parking was good, the area was good and the travel to Philly was 40 minutes of quick and easy driving. If you need to go west to Jersey, the Turnpike is right there. I will definitely stay here again.”

• Wonderful ambiance. Nice environment.
• Fruit medley in the morning was fruit cocktail out of a can.

“What a surprise for the money. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my son a college.”

• Convenient to stores and restaurants and highways.
• Beds were not comfortable.

“Great breakfast bar with clean, well kept tables and chairs. Rooms were clean and well equipped but beds were uncomfortable-too hard. Staff was helpful and friendly.”

• Close to shopping and train station. Staff friendly overall.
• Old rooms unclean & uncomfortable. On two occasions they ran out of food long before deadline to eat breakfast and did not replenish. Food staff disappeared at that time.

“I booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and was put in the old part, which sorely needs updating. Mattresses were hard and bathroom lighting dim. I made my own reservations at the Dubois, pa best western on this trip (for less money) and got pillow-top mattress, soft towels, magnifying, lighted mirror in the bathroom, and very clean. The staff at king of Prussia was fine, except at the breakfast room. They advertised breakfast until 10 am but ran out of food before 9 am and did not replenish despite a room full of hungry, unfed guests. The food staff disappeared at that time. Don't stay in the old section here.”

• All I can say is the hotel was fantastic, great sitting, great staff, great location, was very happy with our stay.
• There is nothing I can say I didn't like.

“A+, very clean, a very helpful, friendly and respectful staff, very nice sitting with the court yard, very nice pool that is kept very clean, if I ever am in that area again I will be staying at the Best Western.”
