“The hotel in general was very pleasant, although obviously had cutbacks - had to pay for coffee at coffee shop - no continental breakfast.”

“It locates in a very convenient area with shuttle service to shopping areas. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is new, clean with very good in-room facilities. Coffee and tea both in-room and at the restaurant are very good quality.”

“Staff was
very friendly and accomodating. Room was clean and attractive. Continental breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately a lot of construction was taking place in hotel. The pool area was pretty and peaceful. The hotel was very convenient to area attractions.”

“Currently under remodeling but that was a very minor inconvenience. Room being used are already remodeled and very nice and modern. Location is close to many major freeways and to the huge Mall of Prussia.”

“Above and beyond your typical hotel chain. Rooms left nothing to be desired. Service and staff were friendly and professional. They also seemed delighted to be employed there which is rare. I hope to stay here in the future and at other Dolce properties.”

“My first impression of the hotel was horrible. I had to change rooms three times upon check-in because my computer signal was not strong enough to do work. The front desk staff was hesitant to switch my room - they said we are at full capacity however I insisted and they complied, but not happily. When I was trying to get to my room, the hallways were blocked with many, many room service trays, glasses, bags of trash, bags of linen (and I mean a lot) and so much so that I could not even wheel my luggage through the hallway. A housekeeper had her big cart blocking my way as well, as I was struggling to get my luggage around yet she stood there and said nothing and did nothing to try to move for me. I finally had to ask her to move her cart and she gave me attitude while moving the cart about 2 inches. When I got to my room, there was a room service tray and a bag of linen and trash outside my door. Five minutes after I got inside, someone knocked on my door to tell me that they needed to put a few more things inside. I asked this housekeeper to move the trash and she refused, saying "It aren't my job" and she just left. There was still a lot of construction going on, with a lot of corporate suits and construction people wandering around - none of them friendly. I felt like I was in the way of all the traffic of the contractors. Obviously the guests were not the priority. I understand that all these renovations are geared towards attracting more business guests, however I felt like a second-class citizen amongst all this flurry of construction traffic. To the best of my knowledge there is only one way to get in and out of the hotel at this time and that is the front lobby door. The parking for the hotel is up and around the side of the hotel, up on a hill, so getting to and from your car is kind of inconvenient. Maybe when they are done construction you will be able to get in/out some of the side doors? There is only one bank of elevators.”

“This hotel was huge and luxurious. It was undergoing a transformation at the time that I was there, so the lobby and hallways had some signs up to excuse their appearance and the outside had scaffolding. Despite that, it was a pleasurable appearance. The beds were great with 6 pillows on each and a featherbed topper. Plenty of towels, too.”

“Wonderful place - great new pool, new gym, new rooms, public spaces are still under construction - but other than that my stay was great - highly recommend this place, if you don't mind that sort of thing.”

“Arriving at the hotel, we were greeted with the most pleasant personnel, including James the bellman. I have stayed at many hotels in the past and this was one of the most pleasant and also the hotel was kept so clean even with all the construction going on. The restaurant for our free breakfast was exceptional and made our stay even more relaxing. Our room was very comfortable and I only wish with all the extra's that they give you in the room, a small refrigerator would be helpful. The room service was fast and friendly, the menu is too high-tech for children. We thought we would have dinner in our room since we were exhausted from the days activities, pizza had a cheese the children could not eat and that was the only safe thing on the menu for 9 and 12 year olds. Needless to say they went to bed on chips and soda for their dinner. However I would make sure next time in area I would return to this hotel.”

“It's a pretty good hotel, should be in the top of the 3-star range. I like the newly renovated room with modern touch. However, the hotel is still under renovation, I can see workers and trucks everywhere, so it's a little unpleasant and annoying.”

“Due to construction the air vents must be cleaned frequently they were disgusting. Hotel staff at front desk were not helpful. But restaurant staff was very friendly. Parking to front desk is far away. Beds were wonderful. No refrigerator in room. TV did not work had to wait an hour for maintenance. Hopefully when remodel is done things will be better.”
