• Location and price.
• Bathroom could have been bigger.

• Convenient location to Mall. Workout facilities at ballys next door.
• The curtains on the window didn't close. The light from the mall was in the room all night.

• The room was very clean and had all amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable as well.
• There was not anything I disliked.

“This hotel is in a great location near shopping, highways and plenty of restaurants. The room itself had many amenities such as wireless Internet, fridge, coffee pot, hairdryer, iron, etc... The linens were clean and comfortable. And the best part was the bed itself. It was so luxurious and comfortable, I did not want to leave the hotel.”

• Granddaughter's home as easily accessible.

• Rooms were very clean & hotel smelled nice too.
• Hallways noise was fairly audible in room.

“My stay a Crowne plaza was very pleasant. The staff accommodated my late check out with no problem and the setting of the hotel was convenient to all major attractions.”

• The room was extremely comfortable and the bed was divine.
• We were checked in late and the alarm clock woke us up at 6:00 am without us setting it.

“A nice hotel. Definitely comfy and close to the mall, restaurants, movie theater and Valley Forge. The staff wasn't unfriendly, but they didn't have a room ready for us, and we ended up waiting over an hour after check-in. The alarm clock was set for 6:00 am and we couldn't figure out how to turn it off. Overall, however, it was a nice stay.”

• Staff was very accommodating and eager to make sure stay was satisfactory.
• CD alarms not reset from previous guest(s), bottled water in room way over priced.

“The hotel was beautiful and the bed was exceptional. Make sure the CD alarm is set to the time you want woke up, and not still set from the previous guest (we wanted up at 9:30, clock alarm started going off at 6:00) but staff very eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Bottled water in room was $5, so I made sure it was put way up out of children's reach to avoid that charge!”

• It was clean, very well maintained and beautifully decorated.
• The parking was limited due to a banquet being held there. We had to park on the opposite end of the building.

• Clean, convenient, and the staff is wonderful.
• The pool closed to early for a Saturday.

“We have stayed at this hotel previously. We go there for a dance competition every year. The staff is always helpful, the hotel is clean, the restaurant has delicious food, and overall it is always a nice stay. It is also very convenient for shopping and attractions. We would recommend this hotel to others, whether traveling for business of pleasure.”
