• I did not contract a fatal disease as a result of my stay
• just about everything

“International in the name of shorthand for few of the staff were speaking or understanding english. Reminicent of travel in the third world,where you feel blessed to be just passing through.”

• It was conveniently located with respect to my client visits.
• No internet access. I also didn't like that the hotel accommodated long term stays.

“Depending on my company travel budget, I would try to avoid this hotel as a business traveler the next time I visit the northern D.C. area.”

• Staff was very helpful to me.
• I was disappointed that the hotel was so far away from the location of my conference in Silver Spring and that I had to drive to restaurants.

“Reasonably priced, helpful staff, clean and cool. Internet access doesn't work and location is remote for DC or surrounding areas. Parking is limited. Surrounding area felt a little dangerous -- I was accosted by a drunk man in the adjacent parking lot when I tried to walk to Kinkos.”

• It was clean and conveniently on the shuttle run for the hospital I had to visit.
• I didn't like the bedspread. It seemed worn. Not necessarily dirty, just worn.

“Initially I was put off because I was given a room that faced the parking lot instead of an interior hallway. A few hours later I noticed how quiet it was there and how comfortable the bed was. The spotless white-tiled bathroom impressed me also. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.”

• No elevator to 2nd floor, was a glorified motel 6

“This place was way overpriced. I had to walk forever to my room. The TV was from the 50's, the bathroom floor was less than clean and had no throw rug for the cold tile floor. I would never stay there again.”

• I did not like anything about this hotel. I will not ever stay there again.
• Rooms are very difficult to find. Hallways are very narrow. I have stayed at plenty hotels rated 2 stars. This one should not even be rated 1 star

“I had to call house-keeping to come and unclogged the bathroom and bathroom sink. They were clogged when I got there. They over charged for the movies; The movies showed one price on the screen and they charged a different price. Even though I had the "do not disturb" sign posted, they kept calling my room. I have stayed at plenty hotels rated 2 stars. This one should not even be rated 1 star. The rooms are very difficult to find. Hallways are very narrow. This hotel feels more like a sleezy motel that anything else. I will never stay here again.”
