“Our first experience with a sleep number bed was excellent. The price was very good, though the buffet breakfast was not included. Great selection of restaurants, shopping etc. within 2 miles. We would not hesitate to recommend this to others, but would suggest requesting a 4th floor room in case there are family reunions, a soap box derby (when we were there) etc to avoid noise from the lobby and pool.”

The on site restaurant had no white wines and was out of one of the selections on the menu, plus had no idea what we were talking about when we asked about a special that had been advertised in the promotional materials provided in the room. Advice to future travelers: definitely go elsewhere for dinner.”

“Commode did not flush properly report 2 times did not fix. Air conditioner barely cooled the room and was on lowest setting. Dirty wash cloth in bath on tub when I arrived. Only received morning paper 1 time in 3 nights stay. Employees seemed unconcerned with issues when presented.”

“Very bad experience. Toilet was clogged at first, shower had very little water pressure and very little hot water. Although clean, room looked dingy. Book another night after the first and when I checked in was told every thing was fine then the next day they said we were not supposed to be there. A big hassle.”

“We were very pleased with the accommodations. We hesitated when they only had a king bed or two doubles. We opted for the king, but were very surprised to find a couch which pulled out. That worked perfect with our children. It was a lovely stay.”

“This is a nice hotel. I am not a sleep number bed person, but the experience was nice. The closet door was off the track, but the room was clean. The carpet was vacuum. The view I had was good of the surrounding area. I will probably stay at this hotel the next time I visit the grand children.”

“Very pretty and quiet. Lovely dining facilities. The toilet got clogged. The sleep number bed was terrible which ruined our backs. But we rushed to the hot tub which opened at 6 AM so that was nice. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.”

“Public areas were extremely hot, ice machines broken, whirlpool broken, pool was dirty, and room air conditioner was very loud, front desk very unfriendly. Could be a nice place with friendly owners, decent maintenance and a good cleaning. As is, stay away!”
