• Front desk help was good and so was the breakfast helper.
• Construction on the carpeting during my stay, but I'm sure it will be nice when finished.

• Location to and from airport and the family
  I was visiting.

“This hotel met all my requirement.
I like the location a lot easy to find. Staff
I did not see a lot of time could have check on me and ask if I needed anything. Make sure to put towels in room after picking up old one, even if there is one more towel left. It should be a standard to replace used towel. But over all my stay was very nice at this hotel.”

• Most reasonable for the price and the best breakfast in Akron.
• No change machine in game room.

“We were back in the area and hadn't stayed here in a while, we were really impressed with the renovations as well as the hot breakfast. The staff was very helpful in accommodating our needs. The pool looked like it had just been redone as the last time we were here it was winter and we didn't get to use it. It was one of the deepest and largest pools I have seen in a hotel as most places has only five feet and this one was nine. I would definitely come back here now that I know how much has improved in the last 2 years (that was how long its been since we were here before).”

• Location to Canton-Akron Airport.
• Rooms smelled like smoke.

• Breakfast was OK.
• Rooms not ready until 4:30, sidewalks covered with ice, room smelled terrible, staff uninformed.

“I would tell everyone to stay clear of this dump. It hadn't snowed in days, yet the sidewalks were ice and snow and the parking lot ice. I fell on the ice our first night here, landed on my foot and hurt my knee. Because of the pain, we decided we needed to head for home the next morning at which time I filed a report with the hotel. I had prepaid for two nights, and at that point, I asked for a refund for the second night while still at the hotel, and I've written the Quality Inns at their website and at this point still have heard nothing. We had reserved a non-smoking room but got a smoking room. The room smelled terrible, and the air was so bad in the room, it was hard to breathe. The staff was useless in fixing anything and the hotel was empty, it took 20 minutes to find an accident report. I wish I'd have driven 10 miles farther and spent a little extra $ and got a decent room. Now, the only decent thing about this hotel was breakfast. Take my advice, go somewhere else.”

• Will not let you take food out of the dinning area to your room and at our last stay my wife was sick.

• Wireless internet availability.
• Non smoking area smelled like an ashtray.

“Good hotel for a one night stay over. Would necessarily recommend for an extended stay. Asked front desk for a fold out bed. Told we would get a call later about availability. Never received call. Later asked for extra blankets. They were out.”

• Breakfast.
• Heat register was filthy, remote did not work properly, and bathtub was not in good condition.

“Lobby & dining area were very nice, the room certainly could have been cleaner, and nothing seemed to work quite right, the heater, the remote, the bathtub. Breakfast was nice. I probably would not stay there again, because of room.”

• The breakfast buffet was awesome. Make your own waffles.
• TV quality not great.

“All I can say is the breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious. They had eggs, sausage; make your own Belgian waffles, cereal, bagels, milk, and orange juice, anything you can think of! I would definitely recommend this hotel based solely on the breakfast.”
