• The room was attractive and clean.
• It was farther out than expected.

“Friendly staff. They called to check on everything when we got in the room. The clock was broken, and they immediately wanted to replace it. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.”

• The location is great, right off the I-10 Hwy with most location no more than 15 minutes away.
• The floor we were on was smell of smoke as soon as you got off the elevator, all the way to the room.

“The hotel is of good quality (recently renovated), the star rating is correct, comfortable bed, good location and good continental breakfast. The front desk staff adequate.”

• Generally clean.
• Some staff was not very helpful; others were great. Complimentary breakfast needs help!

“Upon check-in, front desk clerk's boyfriend/husband and group of friends was hanging out in the lobby of the hotel being very rude to guests all evening. That gave a very bad first impression. One room did not have microwave/mini fridge and the other room's was not functioning for the first two days-fixed after several complaints. Complimentary breakfast needs more items and would recommend an alternative to the waffle iron!”

• Indoor pool and clean room.
• Very poor continental breakfast, poor choices and staff did not keep things stocked and cleaned up.

“Hotel really wasn't that bad, one employee was dressed very inappropriately. The continental breakfast was terrible!”
