• It was very close to my meeting - the staff was wonderful, and so was the room. Spacious and well lay out.

“The hotel is clean and very nice. My room was very spacious and convenient with a full kitchen completely stocked with cooking items. Even though the highway was very close, this room and hotel was a warm, cozy, and quite. I loved my stay and hope the next time I need a room in San Antonio using Priceline I am lucky enough to get the Staybridge on I10.”

• The hotel room had all the amenities one would have at home.
• The hotel seemed too cramped in the common areas.

“Excellent hotel for an extended stay. The breakfast was good, although they didn't serve potatoes in the breakfast menu. We had to be moved to another room because our first bed was old and squeaky. However, after the move, everything was fine.”

  I was sent to a smaller one across the street.

“Smaller hotel, myself and another person who also had a reservation were sent to a smaller hotel across the street. This was not a suite like the one that I asked. It also did not include breakfast buffet that was advertised at the Staybridge Suite.”

• We loved the clean, nice pool area.

“We were in San Antonio for a family vacation. We found this hotel to be conveniently located, warm and inviting. The staff was particularly courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there. Our little one loved interacting with other children at the pool.”

• Cleanliness, friendly staff, excellent rates, quiet rooms.

“Hotel is great for families and long term business travelers. This is not a luxury hotel, nor does it hold itself out as such. It is clean, modest, and comfortable. Priceline was a big help by offering great rates.”

• Spacious accommodations, very clean, convenient, great breakfast.

“I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. My room was ready early. The room was very clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The morning breakfast was excellent and the coffee was wonderful. Staff was friendly. Lobby and common areas were very clean with nice decor. I would stay here again!”

• The front desk clerk was fast,efficeint and friendly.

“Clean, comfortable rooms with lots of space and amenities. Free food in the lobby in the afternoon (Tuesday-Thursday) as well as in the morning. Efficient, friendly and attentive staff.”

• The fact that it was a suite. Very convenient to have a mini-kitchen in the room.
• The traffic was very heavy in the area.

“I stayed at the Staybridge Suites Colonade in San Antonio in order to attend a family reunion dinner party on IH-10 W. It was conveniently located, and very comfortable. The kitchen in the suite was very welcome, with a huge microwave and a full size refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was much more than expected. It included scrambled eggs, bacon, rolls, muffins, cereal, bagels, toast, waffles, and breakfast beverages. The room was large and comfortable. Everything was very clean. There was wireless internet in the room, so I could work on my laptop. All in all, a very positive experience.”

• The free breakfast and the basketball court.
• TV reception.

“The only problem I had was that the TV reception was not good on one of the TVs. The desk clerk tried to adjust it to no avail. He later told me there was nothing they would do as it is an older TV and all the TVs will be replaced in the spring.”

• Great hotel, excellent location any may places of intrest close by.

“This hotel was in a great location and there were many restaurants close by as well. There was also a supermarket close by which was very convenient along with several shopping centers. Rooms were excellent had several ammenities such as iron, hair dryer, etc. Would most definitely stay here again.”

• Monica at the Front Desk is talks too much and is not very nice.

“Great place on the Northwest side of San Antonio. Wonderful free full breakfast and snanks in the evening. One of the best places for a long stay!”

• Convenience and friendliness - everything you need is right there

“I would definitely stay here again. They have many conveniences - on T/W/TH evenings they have Sundowner - it is more than just a social gathering they actually serve enough for a meal. We didn't need to leave for anything.”
