• It was close to Seaworld.
• Everything except for the fact it was close to Seaworld, however other cleanlier hotels were even closer.

“This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Holes in bedspread, holes in chairs, smelly, musty, and just dirty. I would not recommend this hotel. Its in a seedy area and the rooms are nothing like advertisement. America's Best Value Inn gives this hotel 4 Checks (their highest rating). Do not stay here. Run don't walk! Avoid ABVI! Avoid this hotel.”

“We tried to call ahead of time to request 2 beds per room and manager told us 4 days in a row to call back tomorrow he was busy and even hung up on us and wouldn't answer the phone again. we arrived to have one bed per room and they told us we had to pay $20 each for our 2 and 3 yr old to stay in the room with us and they cant provide anywhere for them to sleep. Staff and management very rude, hotel in unsafe area. rooms are so small and dirty. Do not stay at this hotel. will not use hotels.”

• Went to see new granddaughter-short visit- close location had small refrigerator. Great.
• For what we paid I have no complaints- not any.

“Staff was friendly had continental breakfast.- was clean- quiet- small refrigerator- only 8 miles from our granddaughter- that was the purpose for the visit- we were hoping to have a pool but that is ok. they did have upgrades for Jacuzzi rooms but we didn't get one. review was very satisfactory- thanks for asking.”

• Location was acceptable.
• Extremely small, and not as described on motel website.

“I was extremely disappointed in this experience. I felt that the photos and descriptions of the rooms were not true and the motel room was overall unsatisfactory. There was not even enough space to walk around the bed in the hotel room. No alarm clock, no pool, no coffee maker in the room. ”

• This hotel is a dump! Very small ugly rooms.

“This was the worst hotel I have ever been to! Had it not been so late in the evening and impossible to find another reservation so late, we would not have stayed at all. Room was booked for 2 night, we only stayed one.”

• The hotel was inexpensive and clean.
• The location is a little uncertain for safety.

“Overall our stay was okay. I was in a hurry to make a reservation due to Hurricane Rita. The staff seemed friendly and offered to secure a few more nights for me. Even though I called them several times and told them I could not make it due to heavy traffic delays.”

• Tiny room, cigarette burns on tub, shabby decore, electrical problems - outlets didn't work, a light could not be turned off - had to unscrew the bulb

“It was a rated as a one star hotel but I would have given it a negative rating. It was awful.”

• The only thing I can say is that it was clean. I think for the price it wasn't worth it.
• The room was small and like an military barrack. It looked like a hotel room 20 years or older. I will not stay there again.

“I was very disappointed with this hotel. The room was extremely small, painted concrete block walls, furniture shabby, toilet tissue holder broken, tissue on top of commode, the only thing I can say is that the room was clean. The hotel room looked like something 20 or 30 years ago with no niceties or amentities. I was very disappointed and for the price it wasn't worth it. I have seen motel six looking better.”

“I arrived at the hotel w/ 3 adults and one child. The clerk said that the only room available had one Queen bed, that he could not provide a cot for the 3rd adult, that there was not even room on the floor for a 3rd adult and that he could not even provide enough pillows and blankets for all of us. Even with all of this, he insisted that I pay a $15 "additional guest" fee. One of us ended up paying $15 for the "privilege" of sleeping
