• Very nice - very comfortable beds - we only stayed two nights, didn't use the restaurant or bar, but enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel.
• The coffee was not replaced after the first night.

“There was airplane noise, but what you would expect for being close to the airport. It is conveniently located for the North side of San Antonio, an excellent choice for business or pleasure travel. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and very attractive - private and public rooms.”

• The hotel staff seemed much more pleasant than my last visit.
• The ice machine on my floor did not work properly. This was a problem on a different floor last visit.

“The rooms have spring hinges that are so strong you almost need to be a football lineman to push them open. The ice machine should be upgrades as this is the second visit to this hotel where the ice machine on my assigned floor did not work properly.”

• The cleanliness of the hotel. Also it was a pleasant surprise of the overall appearance. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The vending areas where not accommodating.

• Lobby staff was great.
• Overall cleaniness of the room was terrible.

“Coffee pot in bathroom, still had residue on it from past guest (soap/toothpaste splash back from sink), there was still an old used razor case there, the bathroom was poorly cleaned. A lot of road construction in the area made getting to the hotel and to the airport difficult and confusing.”

• Very beautiful, clean, romantic and comfortable.
• The location. Due to construction on freeway very difficult to get to hotel.

“This hotel met my expectations. It is a very beautiful hotel. The rooms are decorated beautifully. Everything was clean, and beautiful. I felt like a queen staying there.”

• Walls paper thin; room shabby.

“We will never stay at this hotel again. Having stayed at the Crowne Plaza in downtown San Antonio, we were totally disappointed in this hotel. There was lots of noise all night long. People in the parking lot after 2am making lots of noise which carried to our 6th floor room. The room was shabby and had an overall unclean feel.”

• We loved having free parking and free WiFi. Service was great!
• Restaurant kitchen was slow, but the service was friendly.

“We were sad to leave this hotel. They offered free parking, free WiFi and had comfortable beds. The only real complaint we had was with the restaurant, which served excellent food at reasonable prices, but you really had to be patient waiting for it.”

• Hot tub, heated pool, very relaxing, Hotel corrected a problem immediately.

“Very easy to get to hotel, we liked the lighted parking and the fact that they had security. We are very happy with our stay at Crowne Plaza.”
