  • The location to the airport. Friendly staff.
  • Every 30 minutes the air conditioning would turn off automatically. Other hotel guess (living there) very noisy at 3 am.

“I need a room with constant air-conditioning due to my physical challenges. The air turned off every 30 minutes. I woke up 4 times to turn the air back on. But didn't come back on immediately, there was a routine to it, that took several minutes after I finally figured it out. The hotel also had people living there. The tenants seemed quite comfortable. Sitting on the steps outside. Washing clothes in the Laundromat and activities that woke me up at 3 am (skate boarding along the balcony). There were teenage boys sitting around on laptop computers. It wasn't scary, just distracting.”

  • Airport shuttle service.
  • Wireless was not working.

“Its a good hotel for economy stay. Airport shuttle is pretty frequent. Breakfast is ok. Friendly staff. There is an Indian restaurant next door, pizza hut, Wendy's and a sports bar next to the hotel.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[3] • Location:[7]

  • Cheap.
  • Hotel room was dirtier than I have ever seen. Strange people outside room at 2am.

“The room was very dirty, stained, walls falling apart. People loitering outside of hotel room all night. Did not feel safe nor clean therefore could not sleep all night.”

Cleanliness:[4] • Staff:[2] • Location:[8]

  • There was a roof on the building and I was protected from the elements.
  • My wake up call came 40 minutes late. I had to catch a flight. Not Good.

“It seemed run down. Front desk was inexperienced. I asked for a wake up call and it came 40 minutes late. This will definitely cause me to be concerned anywhere else I stay.”

“A reasonable hotel close to the Pittsburgh airport.”

  • Fantastic price, and very convenient, including airport shuttle.
  • TV appeared to be very old.

“The only thing further I can say is that I wish I had called to see about the airport shuttle, as I wasted a $20 cab fare to get there. Weird thing about the Pittsburgh airport is that, although the hotels are on the opposite end of the runways, etc., you "can't get there from here" and have to go around a 4-to-5 mile circuit. Thus, the price of the cab ride got a little expensive. However, there was plenty to eat within walking distance from the hotel, a nice small bar, and the room was actually quite nice for the rate accepted.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[5] • Location:[6]

  • The possibility of parking there
  • The appearance, the cleanliness, I am afraid of using you again in this area.

“It was the worse hotel I have stayed in this year, the room was gross, smelled and the bathroom was infested with mold.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[7] • Location:[9]

  • Very accommodating staff - reception and service maintenance.
  • Walls peeling, bad air conditioner and poor shower draining.

“One of the 10 worst motels I have stayed at in the past 35 years.”

Cleanliness:[4] • Staff:[1] • Location:[6]

  • Nothing.
  • Would not let us park our car and shuttle to the airport as advertised.

“Hotel was just ok. The employees were rude and nasty. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[5] • Location:[4]

  • Friendly staff.
  • Dirty clothing left behind belonging to someone else.

“Nice people. Not very accessible to the buses for Pittsburgh. Price too high for the quality of room. Shower buzzed the entire time in shower. Dirty clothes left behind and not removed by cleaning staff.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[8] • Location:[9]

  • Wireless internet.
  • The old carpets or that they didn't have any maps of the area for restaurants and shopping.

“My room¿s air conditioning didn¿t work and the carpets were very old. I am very allergic to mold and mildew. I believe there was some in the carpet due to the fact that my throat and eyes began to itch immediately. There wasn¿t much water pressure for taking a shower. I did let the manager know when I checked out but I was so exhausted from my trip I didn¿t have the energy to change rooms. If you don¿t plan on being at the room much and just need somewhere to lay your head then this hotel will work.”
