• The location was very nice.
• The room smelled bad.

“The hotel staff is very friendly. Checking in and out was fast and easy. The room had a very bad smell. I don't like that they accepted pets, it makes me wonder how clean the room is. Overall my stay was okay.”

• The price was fair if we had received what we thought we were getting.
• We had expected to be able to relax by and in the pool but the pool had algae growing on the walls and were somewhat cloudy.

“The hotel room was neat and clean itself with a king bed and small eating area. The small bathroom was in need of some repair where towel bars had been moved and holes not filled properly. Hair dryer came out of wall while in use over the sink area. We specifically wanted an outdoor pool to take my granddaughter swimming for her first time and we were unable to do that because of the condition of the pool having algae growing. There was trash around the pool due to no trash cans being in the enclosed pool area. It was conveniently located to malls and restaurants.”

• It was very clean and smelled clean.
• A lot of the chairs at the pool area were broken.

“This hotel was very clean, convenient for a quick stop off of the interstate, and was within walking distance to many restaurants. The pool was nice but could use some updating. There were several broken chairs and some of the tiles around the edges were off or coming off.”

• The staff was helpful and friendly.
• The room was damp and the WI-FI didn't work.

“If all you want is a cheap place to lay down and you're not worried about extras like the advertised WIFI, good cable TV, comfortable beds, and somewhere to sit other than the bed, this place is for you. The furniture looked like it was about 15 to 20 years old, the beds were uncomfortable, and the chairs were too low for the table. The staff even told us that the WI-FI didn't work in the office. The owner didn't want to spend the money to get the system fixed or upgraded. The room had a funny, musty smell and the carpet felt damp the whole three days we were there. Also, I highly recommend that you double and triple check your reservation before you arrive. We asked for a King smoking and when we arrived they were going to give us two Queens non-smoking after we had been assured our reservation was confirmed. After some fussing with the night clerk, we finally got two Queens smoking. We were on the ground floor right by the Coke machine and got to hear the Coke guy loudly filling the machine each morning. We had paid for 7 days but could only handle being there for 3.”

• The pullout did not "pull out". The room we got moved to smelled terrible.

• The room was very clean and roomy, well kept and provided a pleasant stay.
• Plenty of room available to offer other amenities such as a small refrigerator and microwave.

“I purchased this room for my nephew to stay in during his week long vacation. During his stay, he visited other hotels to compare and had decided this one was the best choice for the money. Although the size of the room was more than adequate, he felt the addition of a small refrigerator and a microwave would have placed it above all the rest. The addition of having a pool available was excellent (though it was small). The closeness of shopping and restaurants provided him with a great stay that was very enjoyable.”

• It had a bed and a TV.
• The carpet was damp, and it smelled like cheap perfume.

“We had to change rooms because the first one they put us in was musty and smelled of mold. The second room was only marginally better. They did have a friendly, courteous, and accommodating staff, as well as continental breakfast, so that part was good.”

• Very clean rooms, lobby, continental breakfast was good and area was clean.
• No coffee maker in room.

“For a business traveler who travels 4 states, this was a reasonably priced room with good amenities, e.g., continental breakfast, refrigerator-microwave in room. Rooms were very clean, continental breakfast had a good array of foods and was kept clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and courteous.”
