• The friendliest staff around.
• Outdoor pool, but will be turned into indoor in 2009.

“The Holiday Inn Express in Clarksville. It is a wonderful hotel, and the courteous staff is the best in all the Holiday Inn properties I have stayed in. All were knowledgeable about local restaurants and gave great recommendations. Room was simple and clean, plenty of work space. Excellent, in Clarksville hotels.”

• Nothing. The Holiday Inn Express met and exceeded our expectations.

“Newer facility. Lovely upscale bedding. Granite countertops, frig, microwave. Friendly, helpful staff.”

• It was very clean and I felt safe there.
• Had to wait for staff to come back to the front desk about 10 minutes.

“Very nice. Clean and quiet. Had some trouble finding it but that was probably our fault not that of the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.”

• Newer and clean.
• No hot water, the first day.

“There was no hot water the first day but the hotel staff worked as quickly as possible to fix it. Things happen like that, and they showed their sincere desire to fix it. I would return happily.”

• I didn't feel the clerk was especially friendly.

“Very nice hotel. It looked and felt new. Very clean and comfortable. There was a microwave and a mini fridge. I would stay at a holiday inn express in the future.”

• They accommodated for no smoking and two doubles with a phone call.
• There was no elevator for luggage.
